One of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. I was extremely concerned about using this service based on the reviews, but it could not have gone any easier or smoother. From sign-up to consultation with an ER doctor, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I'm not exaggerating - less than 15 minutes. UTI diagnosed, prescription called in, and problem solved for $23. The only advice I can give is be realistic about what you expect a medical professional to be able to diagnose or prescribe based on the diagnostic tools utilized in telehealth medicine and applicable Rx laws.

The wait to chat with the clinician was long, over an hour, but she diagnosed my condition and sent a prescription electronically to my pharmacy. The wait was over an hour, but I have done that to see physicians in person with less satisfactory results and I didn’t leave my home!

I had a tooth infection, and couldn't get into my dentist for weeks. I logged on to K Health, spoke to a dentist within ten minutes, told him my symptoms, sent a picture, and an antibiotic prescription was sent to my pharmacy within 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing!!

Downloaded the app and paid $23 to chat with a physician and then my prescription was ready 30 minutes later at CVS and was $18. Definitely worth it! Urgent care is a rip off. I highly recommend this app if you have a UTI and need quick treatment!

The process couldn't have been easier. The wait for the clinician was about 2 hours on a Saturday night but i think that's pretty reasonable considering it was a weekend. Attached a photo when asked and she sent my prescription to my pharmacy and it was ready for pickup when i woke up this morning.

I am so happy I found this service! I was in a lot of pain caused by a UTI. I was searching for an urgent care near me but they were all full for the day. I saw an ad on Google for k health and decided to try it. I was able to instantly connect with a doctor and get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. The entire process took about 10 minutes, and since I signed up for the monthly membership, it only cost me $12! I am so thankful I was able to still get my prescription without waiting for a doctors appointment. Plus I LOVE that it is by text and picture messages. Video might be better for some people but not for me. I have a strong dislike of video chats and I was so happy that I was able to just text my doctor. I have already recommended this app to my family members because I’m so happy with my result.
