I had a uti and contacted this place because I didn’t want to go waste my time with an arrogant dr charging me over $100. I liked the service and the ease of it and the dr was great. I got the help and meds I needed. This part of care was excellent. The reason why I’m giving it this score is because the registration itself and answering questions are done several times until you finally get to the dr. I had to register once to begin then another 3 times because it wanted me to answer all of the questions again and input my information again,and that part was annoying and confusing. I was desperate to get help though so I kept registering and answering the same questions and sending my picture and identification. So engineers please fix it so you register once and answer the questions once.

I used it for the first time after 2 days of excruciating ear pain. I did the one time visit for $19. Was diagnosed as having an ear infection by a real doctor who I looked up by name. He called to verify my name and birth date, as required by my state, then we did the rest over the app. He then submitted a prescription for an antibiotic to my local pharmacy. From initial sign up to popping the first pill took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I did have to wait for the prescription to be filled and go pick it up. I have to say I was impressed and it was a positive experience for me. The app was a little glitchy so I only gave 4 stars but would use again.
