I love the convenience of K health. I have huge anxiety when it comes to doctors and appointments, this is extremely helpful for my anxiety. The monthly cost is a bit expensive (if I were going to the doctor then I would only be paying my 25.00 copay) but that's the only compliant that I have.

I used to be able to have one chat to get my antidepressants and acne medication. Now I have to have two different memberships if I want both.

My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Clearly, I sent the name, and address of my pharmacy and it was still not there after reaching out several times. Pain is not a good thing especially when you’re trying to locate where your prescription went.

I’ve been with K Health 3 or 4 years now it was originally 19.99 which was great then I was told my plan was no longer available and I needed to renew ok .. fine well ya bam it’s price has gone up 29.99. and no mention. I’ve stayed with it though since it’s convenient but May drop it and just go through primary care physician

I paid for an urgent tooth pain and its been over an hour still no response from this app.. There is NOTHING urgent about this app at all.. it just takes your money and lets you hang. I am in such pain UGH. they finally got through to me and I got what I needed, Just a few hours to respond. They could do better

Spent 30 or more minutes answering questions only to get a message that my wait time would be several hours. I was annoyed by that, as it leads you to believe you will be waited on promptly. It took me from 2:30am to 6:30am but I finally got a prescription for antibiotics for a tooth abscess. I did have to take a picture of my teeth, although it wasn't very good, but it sufficed. He was very patient and nice while it took me forever to do things. Just as a note, they will only give you antibiotics once for a toothache so make sure you see your dentist. My only complaint is they lead you to belive you will be attended to immediately and that wasn't the case. Otherwise, I have no complaints

I had food poisoning. It took over four hours after I paid to “speak” message with a clinician. Four hours of intense vomiting, sweating, chills etc. once I heard from the clinician it was very fast. I could have gone out to a doctor and been back home twice in the Time this took. I see no reason to not just get out next Time for care in a timely manner.

I’ve used K Health a total two times. The first time I got a consult via text the doctor was attentive, timely, and helpful = 5 stars! However, the second visit I did with a new doctor for a separate health issue was slow to answer me (I’m talking 10-15 minutes to reply each time). I’m pretty sure the 2nd doctor was chatting with other patients at the same time as me. Overall, I’d give it a solid 3 stars. I did get prescriptions on both visits and they forwarded my prescription electronically to my local Walgreens, which was helpful. This service saved me 2 visits to an in-person urgent care which was also a plus. If they can work on getting back to patients faster I’ll rate it 5 stars, but for now it’s 3 stars.
