I came down with a horrible UTI and couldnt get into my regular Dr's office til 4 days later. I loaded the app, paid my $23 and chatted with a doctor. He sent a RX for antibiotics to my pharmacy and I picked them up. This app was very helpful to me.

I don’t know what I would have done without K health. My daughter had strep for a over a week her college prescribed penicillin and she was experiencing severe strep symptoms right at the end of the antibiotic dose so we tried to get the school to cal he in another script for another antibiotic. They refused and could not see her for another 48 hours! How crazy. So we signed up for k health and the doc prescribed a new antibiotic. She is feeling great and was able to make it to her final exams. Thank you K health. You have my business and support.

Khealth came to my rescue.. I have a UTI and I only had to wait for 1 hour to get to a doctor.. he sent me in a prescription and I got it the same day.. I am feeling better now.. it beats going to the ER or urgent care.. I only had to pay $23.. thanks K health.. will be using this again

This app is amazing! First visit was free...I texted with a clinician, was diagnosed, and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. It was that easy. I recommend this app to everyone...saves major money and time! Thank you, K Health!

My wife was referred to KHealth by an RN at an Urgent Care. The KHealth.com experience was great. People need to remember the KHealth doctors must be careful because not everything can be treated by telehealth. Also, who cares if it takes two hours to treat a minor medical issue? The alternatives are: 1. Urgent Care. Drive plus three hour wait. $150 copay. 2. ER. Drive plus eight to twelve hour wait. $500 copay. 3. Primary Care clinic. Next month. $50 copay.

Not sure why others have stated they can't or won't prescribe antibiotics. I was prescribed Cipro and the process was pretty quick and easy. I only get Subdays off work so seeing an in person doctor is difficult.. love this as an option.. Total game changer.

My mom doesn't have insurance and she had a skin infection that spread very fast and looked very dangerous. The app asked a lot of questions but then I was connected to an MD who prescribed her antibiotic very fast. Overall, Great experience unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars in ER and Urgent Care clinics for non life-threatening issues. This is by far the cheapest app for virtual visits.

Great experience! I woke up with strep throat. I’ve had strep and was 100% certain it was strep. Bring on K Health. Sure, they advertise it is only $12, which is for the monthly service. But for only $23, I was connected with a physician who was able to diagnose and call in a prescription. It was 4am on a Saturday when I woke up knowing I needed treatment. In this COVID world I did not want to wait for the hours for an urgent care to open and then wait for hours more to be seen. In less than a hour, which included the time to download the app and set up my profile, from the comfort of my home, I was able to be “seen” and have the prescription called in.
