I see people complaining about not getting antibiotics or ivermectin for covid… really? This app is for treating conditions which can be managed without an in-person visit, but some conditions call for an in person doctor visit. It’s not a scam to say they can’t help you with certain things. Anyway, I messaged to get antidepressants and was able to talk to a doctor for $25, and right away! I asked to try bupropion and they prescribed it and sent the rx to my pharmacy. The next time, I opted for the rx to be delivered to my home, and it came quickly. So great to have this option for people who struggle to get out of the house due to depression, anxiety, or just don’t have time to go to an appointment. I had a great experience with K health

Abcessed tooth worsened while at work after hours on a Friday with no dentist available through weekend. Contacted me within 2 hours…. Answered several questions. Sent pics to doctor on chat and he prescribed augmentin to start fighting infection. This was during high covid times when urgent cares and hospitals were overrun and had up to 16-24 hour wait times.

I’ve had a persistent gum and sinus infection and didn’t want to go through the high ceremony of making an appointment. Got on the app and paid the 23 dollars. Answered a pretty comprehensive set of questions that were administered by their AI. After an hour a clinician contacted me via chat. They were friendly and Asked a few more questions and sent my antibiotics prescription to my pharmacy. Whole thing started about 5am (I couldn’t sleep from the pain) and I had my prescription in hand by 945am.

I believe it depends on the doctor you get because the first one disconnected in the middle of my questions but you can just reopen the case and someone else will talk to you. I just went for a uti and I needed antibiotics but cant afford to go to the doctor and do all that without health insurance. They sent my prescription at 10 pm and when I woke up at 9:30 am it was ready to pick up at my local pharmacy. they all wished me better and they continuously email you checking up on you. It is very nice that if the medication isn't right for you or something goes different you can ALWAYS open up that case again and someone will help you, rather than having to pay 29 dollars again. The doctors will also be nicer to you if you are nicer to them so don't be rude or mean.

I don’t have insurance to go to my local clinic so I found this app on google and decided to give it a try! I have a severe tooth infection that I have been dealing with for three days. Paid the 23 dollars and had a to wait a bit, three hours, which is fine by me since I’m just chilling at home anyways. Got prescribed meds from there, plus 80 percent discount through RX! 👍🏽 Don’t know why there are many so bad reviews?…Im so thankful! Will definitely use this in the future when I’m having a infection.

They addressed my issues entirely and professionally. Had to wait 45 minutes but I didn't mind as I could do other things while waiting. Prescriptions sent by mail very quickly. Offered to call in a prescription to my pharmacy which wasn't needed.

I’m back to correct my review. It’s true patience is virtue. After waiting for couple hours I finally had a chance to chat with DR. Pavel who was very patient with me and addressed all my problems. I’ll be a returning patient and have learned from this experience to never rush into conclusion especially at this time when healthcare is so busy. I’m a healthcare professional and I should know better. Again, I’d recommend 100%. Sorry for the previous review!!!
