My chat was totally useless to me. Dr XXXXXXX asked me what medications I was taking to alleviate my symptoms. When I shared this with him he stated to just keep taking the medication I already have been. I challenged back about getting an antibiotic which got me nowhere. Then after a few more exchanges in the chat he essentially Stated " we are at an impasse". I do not feel the service I was charged for was even remotely beneficial to my ailment. What I would like to know is how he felt he was actually assisting me with care and why he thought we were at " an impasse" .

This service is a scam. They do not give treatment but pass the buck. I paid $35 because I have a UTI and they wanted me to get labs (which take 3-5 days) or go see a doctor. If they cannot treat something as simple as a UTI for ppl who do not have access to a provider, then they are a useless service and are happily taking ppls money for no services rendered. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I’m in a remote location with a UTI. I KNOW what a UTI feels like, and I have one. The doctor on khealth wants me to go to one of two labs WHICH ARENT EVEN WITHIN 200 miles of me!!! I wasted my money on khealth!

Avoid this service at all costs. The urgent care team are talking to multiple patients at once - I was talking about a gastro issue and the NP started discussing dermatologists. I was told I needed specific tests and that they couldn't help me directly to schedule those, but could send a referral. I waited for hours and followed up. Turns out that referral is to their own PCP service, which has a minimum 3 month subscription attached. When I asked for a referral to anyone else for the specific tests the doctor recommended, I got something with nothing about symptoms or the tests they are referring me to but just 'refer to PCP'. Who needs a referral to see a PCP??? Absolutely a scam.

I went to them before for a uti and they helped me but they will only help you a few times before telling you to go the doctor and get a culture. I was astounded at that! Do they have any clue how much labs are? On top of paying the 35.00!! Then I was suppose to give them the results so they can prescribe something. After 2 days of waiting for results?! Now ladies, do any of you want to sit around with a uti waiting for it to go into your kidneys while waiting for results from a urine culture for 2 days! ? Really? How ignorant can you be? I am a 50 year old woman going through menopause so yeah I will get a uti more often then a young woman. They don't seem to know much. So I had to go to a different source. Goodrx. They were very helpful.

I have been suffering for the last 1 week and they are asking me to use OTC for a worsening bacterial infection with inflamed sinuses. Going to real doctors make sense, these guys are just making money

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A TELEMEDICINE VISIT - you will certainly be misdiagnosed!! I needed urgent care in a Sunday evening, everything was closed at my hour if need. I thought I was contacting Good RX (much better), but someone in my under the weather state of mind ended up on K Health - first mistake, but I was desperate for relief! Dr. Martza was INCOMPETENT and frankly rude. He treated me crap, was short, impatient and convinced that nothing was wrong with me. I ended up in the ER a short 6 hours later with PNEUMONIA!! That is a HUGE MISS! I have asked for my $35 consult fee back because of the misdiagnosis, but they feel as though they fulfilled their service. WHAT A JOKE - they made me feel as if I just need vitamin C and zinc. K Health - you should pay all my medical bills because of you poor and lazy misdiagnosis!!

Awful - was on a chat call for almost an hour answering questions. Time between questions about 3 mins. Told the same OTC meds I told the DR I had been taking that weren’t working. Total waste of time and money!
