I had a bad UTI and got treatment the same day and felt so much better. If your having bigger concerns like strep ect that require testing then it's best to go see a DR. Face to face but for simple treatments this app is great and convenient.

I've had great experiences with K Health, from quick appointments to supportive and knowledgeable clinicians, and recently they solved a minor technical issue for me over email in the span of just a couple of hours. GREAT service in every area of their business, and so useful for busy people who can't always take time off work for appointments or can't afford visits without insurance.

I have used k health a few times in the last 6 months. My most recent was for my daughter. I had been to 2 urgent cares and an ER. She wasn’t improving like she should on heavy medication but I thought we were ok. It took a long time to reach a doctor but I am grateful I waited because the doctor listened to my concerns and told me he thought the doctors were missing something. Took her to a pediatrician today on his recommendation and she has the beginnings of Pneumonia and was not on the correct antibiotics. I am so grateful he took extra time and cared enough to listen because we are now on the road to recovery. Had he not listened to me I probably would have waited longer and it could be a lot more serious. Thank you K health.

This app is a lifesaver! This is a genuine honest review. I got a tooth infection over the weekend. I was connected with a doctor by the name of Carol Grace. She prescribed antibiotics after extensive questioning and upon examining photos of my tooth. I had antibiotics in about an hour. That to me, is mind blowing. I am not arguing with anyone else’s experience. But to me, this was definitely worth the $19 a month membership.

I chatted with a clinician quickly and got my issue resolved. They wrote me a prescription and I was able to to pick it up later in the day. Considering how smoothly things went I would definitely use this service again.

Was great because I could stay in the privacy of my own home. within 15 mins I was chatting with a Doctor. My appointment was with Dr. Matthew Horn. After looking at photos' of my rash and asking me a few questions, he was able to prescribe an antiviral medication. This was 10:30 pm and by 10 am the next morning I was on my way back to recovery. Can't thank you enough. Saved me hundreds of $$$ not going to the E.R. Definitely I would recommend.
