If i could give zero stars I would. This aisle a waste of money and time. The clinicians absolutely know nothing about Healthcare and recommend you buy 150 dollars worth of over the counter medicine. And don't even think you get a follow up as they will tell you they don't do second opinions. Absolutely waste of money go see a real doc because this place is a scam 35 dollars at a time .

Do not waste your money on this “doctor” visit! It’s a scam! I have a conjunctivitis in my eye and they said go to Urgent care! That’s what I paid them for! Smh! A total waste!

I have used this app three times and it is worthless. The doctors are incompetent and tell you to buy over the counter medicine. Don't waste your money to speak with one of their clinicians.. you're better off to Google your symptoms and go to a local drug store and buy over the counter medication. Definitely a cash grab and could not tell you strongly enough not to waste your money. Junk, junk, junk.

A lot of what people are saying on here is true. I just finished a chat visit with a "doctor" only to be told what I have is viral and to continue taking the stuff THAT ISN'T WORKING! $35 down the freaking drain. I will absolutely NEVER use this site again. Shame on you K Health!

What a total joke...I have had severe sinus infections all my life...I know the symptoms and after waiting for nearly an hour to interact with a *dr*...I was told this was viral and given no medicine...I have a fever, massive headache and congestion...and the ONLY reason I called these fools was because my physician had no appts available...DO NOT USE THIS FRONT FOR MEDICAL CARE...

SCAM! I paid $35 for a prescription for migraines. Their idea of a prescription is TWO pills. Ridiculous

This is the worst site. They did nothing for me. They continued to bounce me from doctor to doctor only to tell me they couldn’t give me antibiotics for a uti , that I would have to go to er . So I got no treatment and they kept my money. I would never recommend this service to no one.
