The wait time said 5 minutes, I am still waiting for a appointment over 2 hours later. Not sure if this is normal but definitely need to give accurate eta's.

First "clinician" sent me on a holiday scavenger hunt for a home urinalysis test before we could proceed further. Second was a different "clinician" who disagreed with the first and wouldn't even look at the test results. Recommends urgent care which isn't open today. I wouldn't have tried this "service" if I had any other option. K Health has figured out it's easy money to chat with people and ultimately decide they can't help, while collecting their supposed diagnostic data and using it to entrap more "patients."

Long wait, and then the entire interview is by chat. the Dr tried to prescribe something I was allergic to and told them I was allergic to. Then said it was viral, which it is not. Basically told me to go to urgent care.

I’m only given 1 because i has no other option. TERRIBLE waste of your time and money. They advertise as being able to treat you for things like tonsillitis and prescribing antibiotics and get the last three times I’ve seen them they will not do it because I cannot see me in person do not advertise that you treat for something that you do not treat for they will be refunding me my money when they open up tomorrow or this is gonna get really

They recommend for you to be seen at a walk-in clinic and tell you everything is viral. Save your money.

The doctors ignored pertinent information and were very quick to blow off the visit. The second dr I spoke with there said they don’t offer second opinions so I requested a refund.

Complete waste of money. All of the reviews are accurate. Zero help. I just need a basic antibiotic to knock our a sinus infection!! But no, Dr Christina says its just an upper respitory infection and listed a mile over over the counter meds. Waste of money. They need to be seriously investigated! Frauds for sure!!!!!

I have used K health multiple times. Unless you have a UTI they will not help you, and if you have a prescription they will not renew it, something as simple as anxiety medication which turns out I actually had 2 more refills and just didn't notice so I didn't even need K health. I have high Blood pressure and they refused me and told me to go to an urgent care if I didn't have insurance even though I have already been diagnosed by a real Doctor.
