I accidentally hit not satisfied with Dr. Waller. Like I said total accident. She was phenomenal. She throughly evaluated every problem, I was having. Then prescribed exactly what was needed. If you see this Dr.Waller I am so sorry the app moves rather quickly, and I just meant to tap satisfied. Luckily the support team was able to point me in this direction, and I really hope you see this. You are a great doctor, and I am so lucky you were the one who treated me. As things are already starting to heal. Thank you again Dr. Waller you are very good at your craft, I’m so lucky I was out in contact with you. I had the pleasure of easily scheduling an appointment with my preferred doctor, and fortunately, there were available slots within just a few days. The confirmation text I received reassured me of the appointment. The medical providers were exceptional, and upon concluding the visit, they provided comprehensive notes detailing my next steps and when I should schedule a follow-up.

I was reading all the negative reviews on here while waiting for the doctor (after I already paid the 39 dollars) and I was so upset thinking for sure I got scammed- But it worked out fine! I got the antibiotics i needed prescribed and picked them up at a pharmacy an hour later. This service actually worked for me when trying to go to a urgent care earlier had been a nightmare. Maybe the law varies by state? I was in DE if that helps anyone.

Nurx kept me waiting over two weeks for anxiety medication that K Health was able to provide within a matter of 3 hours. They are not as well marketed, and for that reason, I believe their wait times are more manageable. I think Nurx has gotten too big to handle itself. Thank you for the expedient resolution, K Health!

K healths customer service was always spot on with me. As long as I applied my Faith to treatment and maintained (kept) myself. Medicine as well as The Medical field is great when it is looked to with faith in God and the fact we are healed. Their doctors were always kind and helpful. And they have been prompt Everytime I had a need. But I believe in Jesus and what He says about me. Thank you for yalls outstanding patience with me. By the grace of God And the stripes laid on Jesus Christ I AM HEALED!
