I literally waited for hours for them to tell me to . Go to a urgent care . It’s literally a scam . And people need to go and sue them . It’s literally fraud

Ridiculous scam. They just take your $35 and tell you to go to a real dr. Don't be stupid like I was and waste your money.

THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL DOCTORS APPOINTMENT. You will not get a script for anything with these "doctors" bc they don't see you. THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL DOCTORS APPOINTMENT. You put in some info pay them and they get someone on they call a doctor text you to get some over the counter meds like you aren't already doing that. I needed antibiotics. I have strep throat and what feels like an ear infection. Every urgent care around me had a three day wait for appointments. Yes that makes no sense for an urgent care but apparently now they're taking appointments. I didn't want to go to the ER and get a $20k bill for strep. I didn't want to wait 3 days to see an urgent care, I tried minute clinic cvs and they were a 3 day wait too. I made an appt with my Dr but they couldn't see me for a week. So I find this place. It starts you with you have a 5 min wait, then 25 min later the timer jumps to 1h 51 minute wait got down to 30 minutes then jumped back up to an hour and a half. However long later I find out it's not a video call. She texts me her pics and credentials and tells me based on my answers to take Tylenol, Motrin, throat spray and that's all they can offer. Thank you for stealing my money and waisting my time. I'm worried it may be a complete scam. I had to get "verified" by sending in a copy of my license. I hope this place isn't stealing identities too. STAY AWAY. There are real virtual drs out there. I've been to others I just didn't remember the website I used for my son a few weeks ago. She got on the line with me didn't ask me for verification of anything like that aside from them asking me if I wanted to pay cash or use our insurance before I saw the Dr.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your money. They will not prescribe anything but will diagnose you and tell you to go to an in person clinic. I have a sinus injection - I know when I have one and it take antibiotics to clear. I wasted my time and money and this is clearly a problem with K-Health. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. Never again.

Second time that they are absolutely useless do not waste your money or time. Waited over 3 hours when the doctor got online, looked at symptoms and said she could not prescribe for an UTI since I had one in the last 6 months. I needed to go to a clinic for lab tests. This is ridiculous. Since this is the number one thing listed in their covered ailments that should be also be clarified. I was still typing when the doctor got off the chat very unprofessional, and rude. After waiting 3 hours she couldn't even take 2 minutes. Never again!

I usually love K Health but this time I got a bad doc. I told her that I have a tooth infection and my symptoms and she diagnosed me with something completely different and symptoms I don’t have. So my tooth pain got worse and I went back to k health. I told them what happened with the other doc and my new symptoms and they wouldn’t treat me. They said that I needed to be seen in person because the bad doc misdiagnosed me and said that I need to go in person. I can’t go to see a doc in person. I have very bad anxiety that prevents me from doing so. So now I can’t sleep because the toothache is bad and I can’t get meds to fix it. K health needs better docs.

This company does not warn you that they cannot provide a diagnosis unless you are able to take a clear photo of the problem. My husband has a suspected strep throat, but it was impossible to take a picture of the back of his throat because his tongue obscured the view. The company must be aware that some illnesses cannot be dealt with online (borne out by many other complainants) and should not take your money in these cases. I've requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. It's significant that the company has not responded to any other reviews. Added 05/12/22. I am pleased to say that I was given a full refund by this company.

The doctor said they couldn’t prescribe antibiotics or an inhaler for my asthma. This business should be shut down for fraud bc if you can’t write prescriptions then there is zero point in using this service.
