This online healthcare is a total rip off. Don't waste your money. They had the nerve to charge me $35 just to tell me to go see a local doctor. When I asked for a refund, they told me to contacr "support " When I contacted support there was no one there, only articles Total waste of time and money. I will be contacting the BBB about them. I wish I would have checked the reviews first, but having Covid I wasn't thinking clearly. Update: They did refund my fee, but I still will not use their service again.

I have used K a few over the last few years. Their app has always been frustrating due to my low vision but until this visit the medical advice has been okay. This time, it was awful. The clinician (NP) recommended a "treatment plan" that included a nasal spray that I already use and an OTC drug that I have been told by my cardiologist never to take due to a pre-existing condition. When I asked her to reconsider she refused and hung up. When I reconnected and spoke to another practitioner she made it clear that she would not "second guess" another employee. Very disappointing.

They advertise mental health services but they told me to go to the doctor and kicked me off their program because I have both ADD and anxiety. I’ve never had a bad interaction with them and it was so random. I been going there for my anxiety I just talking about having ADD one time and they’re like “so you’re confirming you have this condition and take adderal?” And I’m like “yeah” and they said they can no longer provide services and cancelled my subscription. They told me to go see a doctor.

Took my money, waited 3 hours. Didn’t help me. I will never call or refer this company to anyone.

The worst chat ever. I am out of town and having symptoms of sinusitis. After 2 hours of waiting. I receives a long generic explanation as well as home remedies that related to upper respiratory issues; which I do not have. I was advises since my symptoms started a few says ago I cannot be treated with meds and was sent what appeared to be generic home remedies for symptoms I do not have. I will definitely dispute these charges and file a complaint with this company. One star is definitely giving them more credit than they deserve.

I made an appointment for an eczema like rash on my chin and the doctor would not treat me. She told me to see a primary care doc for lab testing
