I've been using KHealth for over a year now and the Doctors have been great. They take the time to discuss your needs and provide the best solutions. They also are sure to follow-up if needed. Prescriptions can be delivered straight from KHealth to make the experience even speedier. My only complaint is that the app does not have great UI/UX. I would post 5 stars if it were redone to be less confusing. Definitely worth signing up.

I’m not sure what all these reviewers are on about. I’ve been using Khealth for over a year with absolutely no issue. The mental health “checkups” to get a refill are a bit annoying but that’s the extent of it… I think a lot of y’all need to learn what a “scam” truly is, because this app is not one

They did take a long time…. But I did get the medication I needed. Overall I can’t say it was a bad experience

I finished completing questionnaire today. I was a little surprised that I was then given a wait time of 2 hours and 6 minutes for appointment rather than some options to schedule an appointment. I texted with doctor and was immediately prescribed a medication. I than reached out to customer support afterward with follow-up question that I forgot to ask doctor. I spoke with Charvi from Customer Support who went above and beyond to answer my question. The waiting time was not ideal, but I will keep that in mind next time I request an appointment. Overall so far, so good. I am hopeful and excited about my experience as I continue to use K Health.

Okay, so You have to answer a million questions and wait a little bit but once you get someone in the chat, the docs are very helpful. My fiancé has a bad URI and the doc prescribed steroids to help with inflammation as well as gave a list of home care advice.

So I downloaded this app today in hopes that I could get my antidepressant medication refilled. Just recently moved cross country so I don’t have a doctor yet. I was prompted to do an online assessment of my symptoms and history. Took about 30 minutes. Was told about this anxiety and depression management program which is $19 a month for a doctor to talk to you about how your doing on the medication and send in a refill. Overall I think it was a great service. I already know what medication I’m on so that helped in the process but now I don’t have to go “in office” to get my refills. The $19 a month I pay for will also provide unlimited “chats” with a doctor for anything else that might come up i.e. common colds, infections, sprains…. It was overall easy to use and navigate. I don’t have insurance right now so this is actually pretty helpful to have. I haven’t received my medication yet cause it’s being mailed so hopefully all goes well with that.
