I have had several really good experiences with K Health. Most recently, I needed a refill for anxiety medication until I could see my new PCP. I was connected with Dr. Hemphill; she was so kind, understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend this service.

I was on vacation out of state and had a health issue come up. It was so great that I could have my issue reviewed and get real help quickly from a doctor. The app was quick to categorize the issue I was having and overall it took less then an hour to get the help I needed so I could continue my vacation with my family. The doctor was courteous, sympathetic and quick to help!

K is beyond useful. I've used it several times for both primary care and urgent care. Every once in awhile I run in to an issue but it can be easily fixed by support normally. Victoria S. in support has received my call a few times and she is a star! She's extr6well spoken, kind, patient, and pays a strong attention to detail.

The mental health NP I was able to see was absolutely what I needed in that moment. She was completely caring and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. I’m a nurse so that was a big deal for me.

So far so good! I've used K Health for general healthcare and mental health care and have had a great experience with my providers. Love having access to a professional 24/7 in case I need anything. Being uninsured, K Health allows me access to healthcare without breaking the bank. Thank yall for everything!

usually easy to connect with a provider. sometimes they do call you in the middle of the night, which weird. overall, I'm pleased with the experience. my one suggestion is you should let people know when their meds get shipped so they can anticipate when they will arrive

Dr Priyanka Gimbel was great. Actually answered all my questions and provided me with very useful information. I hope I can have her again. And it was a holiday weekend!!!
