I was getting frustrated with my original provider's office because whenever I needed a refill of a medication that was working for me, I would need to make an appointment and take off work for it. When I would go to the office, they would simply ask how I was doing, send in a refill, and charge my insurance an exceptional amount for a 5 minute visit. With K Health, they ask me how I'm doing on my medication and if anything has changed, side effects, etc. I do this all from my phone. Because the medication works for me and I feel better on it, they send in a prescription and follow-up with me monthly (or on demand if I need) without excessive charges. I feel better and this is so much less stressful than dozens of appointments that don't fit my already hectic schedule.

Easy to use and affordable. I answered questions and later had an online conversation with a doctor. Pleasant and caring staff and I received what I needed.

I've had great experience with my consultations with the Dr's on here..I've been lucky to have the same one. I answer and share honestly and trust her recommendations!

The provider is great. So easy to talk to. And I love the speed of service. I also had to reach out to support as my app wasn’t letting me use the reassessment widget. Roody in particular was awesome.

It was fast easy and got the job done and even when I needed to follow up I had no trouble getting help.
