I made an appointment under the impression that they would be able to help me with weight loss as it’s something that they advertise. They told me that they cannot treat me because I’m immunocompromised as it’s against their policy to treat me at all- even outside of weight loss- which is interesting because before the appointment I had called to ask if they would and they told me yes over the phone. I was instead told I would need to make an appointment with my regular PCP instead, which is already irritating but I figured it would be okay as long as they gave me a refund since I paid for a three month membership that is useless since they can’t treat me. They denied the refund because they said that it is a paid service for a medical assessment and not the outcome of the assessment. I don’t know what exactly they think they assessed. The conversation went from the doctor asking if I was immunocompromised, I responded yes and was immediately told they couldn’t help me. What part of that is an assessment? Also, I was linked the Terms Of Service which claims, “YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT COMPANY IS NOT A PROVIDER OF MEDICAL ADVICE,” so I’d say it’s a waste of money for anybody. Why else would someone pay for this if not for treatment and medical advice? How useless could a service be? Again, I would have been more understanding if they had at least agreed to refund me as I understand treating immunocompromised patients can be complex, but they outright refused. Especially since I had asked before purchasing if they could treat me and they told me they could. Based on other reviews it honestly just seems like a cash grab. I’ve never experienced this before, it’s absolutely awful and I would recommend to stay clear of this company.

This is a complete scam. They will ask your symptoms, make you pay, and then tell you they can’t help you. Total scam!

Got connect to Jennifer McMilan worse customer service. I need help and she is telling me to drink hot tea with honey. That's why I paid a fee to get told to drink hot tea with honey... I'm explaining to her that it isn't helping me but she doesn't give a damn...

I spent 30 min setting up my acnt, answering all the medical questions about a uti, and providing my personal info. after verifying my email the screen to keep moving through the endless process just freezes and im forced to do a ctrl/alt/del to unfreeze the screen and start over. This is an emergency I wasted an hour getting no where with. I would never use this telemed site again. I found others much faster and easier to jump through to get a doc apt. awful service

I have been a long time user of KHealth for my antidepressants. I was using it when they were still priced at $10-$12 a month and even now after they more than doubled their costs. I always found Khealth to be inconvenient at times with their long waits and seemingly inconsistent quality of care, but didn't mind as it was still cheaper than a doctor without insurance. I had the most frustrating recent interaction and it has me looking for telemedicine alternatives. The entire conversation I felt as though I was not being listened to and felt I was being spoken AT rather than TO. I had state I was already incorporating various coping strategies and have therapy on hold because of affordability, and she goes on this long tangent telling me "You should try [these things I already stated I was doing]." When I asked to at least discuss the prospect of changing my dosage, it was never directly addressed, only sent more texts about things I've already been doing and said I was doing, and then proceeded to never actually discuss anything with me and sent my refill to the wrong pharmacy--which is a whole other thing because what's the point of filling out the questionnaire, manually entering a specific pharmacy and address, only to send it to the wrong one? Really tells me they are detail-unoriented. I genuinely wanted to unsubscribe if it didn't mean dealing with going cold turkey on medicine I can't access to another way.

Took my 39.99 payment b then notified me wait was 3 hours I had to wait until 2am for a lousy Dr Evelyn Duvivier. I was wheezing coughing and symptoms of Sinus pressure and ear infection. She did nothing for me except inhaler. Infection grew worse to acute bronchitis. I am the sickest I've ever been in my life and cannot walk far very short of breath. I had yo seek help elsewhere. The urgent care specialist I just saw feels I may have secondary infection phenomena and now have to make appt for primary Doctor to run tests. K HEALTH WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE WAIT, DID NOT HELP ME MADE ALL WORSE. COST ME MORE MONEY AND MY HEALTH.

Was going so well then when a prior authorization for a medication didn't go through for insurance, because k health didn't include an essential piece on information on the form, k health said they would not resubmit... a flat out no! I guess in-person care really is better and worth the time. I've never had an in-person care doctor not work with me/my insurance to get the medication they prescribed covered. I can't imagine k health succeeding long-term. Plus, the app is terrible. Save yourself the headache and avoid K Health.

unfortunately I got stuck with this quack lady on the k health virtual app and she SUCKS! to be very polite about it. I always get diflucan when I am on antibiotics to prevent yeast infections since I get them when i am on antibiotics. I have never ever not had a provider call that in at the same time. She told me NO to wait until I had one, then try over the counter and THEN i could get it called in...of course after paying for a 2nd visit.... WTH?? So wait until I have an infection that I already KNOW I will get and then try OTC when I could get it called in at the same time like i have always done?? She is a crazy "medical professional" do not use her! Total waste of time and money!! the quack's name is Vicki Mazzorana MD and she has 1 star reviews everywhere you look!
