I am being EXTREMELY generous with giving K Health a 1 star. Absolutely, do not waste your money on this app, I have used them in the past and saw all the new negative reviews but I did not remember them being that bad but it was the worst experience ever. They hit my credit card for $156. and I never got treatment. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and disputing my charges.

I was told by Vicki Mazzorana M.D to go to the hospital and get an exam on plainly what was a Kidney Infection. And, after the exam return back and contact them. For what? What I need to contact K Health for after I been treated. Yet, they ask for $39.99 up front. What is the use of your service if patients are directed somewhere else. I wish, these reviews took 0 stars.

Horrible service and I was misdiagnosed with a simple sinus infection. The so called nurse practitioner was horrible and told me she could do nothing. Gargle with salt water and take ibuprofen. I had been dealing with this for over a week. I told her she was incompetent and could not do her job. I am trying to file a formal complaint, but getting nowhere. I went to another provider who actually listened and said right away that I had a sinus infection. If she is misdiagnosing this simple illness - What else is she screwing up.

K Health is just a platform not a health provider: in the fine print it says they are not responsible for providing medical care or advice. They broker medical advise between app users and contracted providers. There’s no accountability here and K Health will not refund you even if the medical provider you are matched with is unable to assist through the platform for sound medical reasons. This means you are charged to find out whether your issue can be addressed by telehealth. Also K Health will charge you for a quarterly subscription and you may have to call multiple times to cancel. I do not recommend K Health because they are have entirely distanced themselves from responsibility for providing health care but specifically advertising as health providers. The advertising is misleading and some of the customer service reps can be obstructive and not willing to deal fairly.

Just read the reviews from others I had literally the same experience- I think initially it was an actual company that has since been sold and has turned into a scam. They charge you 39 for a visit only to tell you to they can’t help you. I don’t think they have actual doctors or nurse practitioners working they have an automated portal where they are charging people for the visit but not providing any service. Amanda Rausch was horrendous.

I went online to k health for a dental abscess. I’ve had them many times in my life. Paid 39.99 and was told to see a dentist. The doctor would not help me because I couldn’t get a picture of a tooth in the back of my mouth. And refused to refund. Only telling me to see a dentist. I have an infection with swelling and pain and no insurance and I thought this would be an adorable way to get some relief. Scam

I was prescribed an antidepressant on their primary care plan. When I asked for a refill, I was told that I had to upgrade my plan to the mental health plan for double the cost. Antidepressants require minimal monitoring. I was forced into a 3 month subscription and only received one month of care. I am not sure why they prescribed this and then refused to refill. I would stay clear of this service.

Had an appt with Leslie Hammett NP. I have had a severe sinus infection for 6 days. Facial pain so bad I can’t sleep and was up sweating with a fever all night. I’ve already taken everything I can over the counter, and she told me to keep doing what I’m doing. No antibiotics!!! I’m just getting worse! She did not listen at all. I felt like they stole my money! I kept getting the same responses word for word. Almost like she wasn’t a human, or a computer diagnosed me and wouldn’t change. This app should be criminal. I wish I had read these reviews first!
