I waited for 14 hours to chat with a doctor and they said that I had to have a urine culture that would take 2 days. My symptoms are gone in 2 days. UTI's are short lived but painful. This company is a complete sham and a scam. They would not even give me a refund. Then after 40 minutes of holding on the phone, the broad hung up on me.

Crooks steal your hard earned money! Wouldn’t even give us an antibiotic for tooth infection. Use Dr Alexa they treated us in 4 hours and had meds soon after

Just needed antibiotics for symptoms I throughly explained thru their questionare and they basically stole my $39.oo and recommended the ER near me. Jennifer McMillan is the thief of the day. These people should be put in jail..

Don’t waste your money. They take your money, you wait for hours for a physician and have to stay by your phone or you’ll miss it. They don’t give you the antibiotics you came on for and tell you you need to go take a urine test at a local facility at your own expense. This was not at all what I thought I was paying $40 for. I paid for the convenience so I wouldn’t have to make a dr appt and wait. They also don’t give refunds. Listen to the other 1 star reviews on here. I wish I had.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I contacted them about an ear infection in so much pain and they didn’t listen to anything and just assumed what I had even though I said it wasn’t swimmers ear because there’s no chance. They gave me a prescription that made my ear worse so then I tried to get a better one and they said they wouldn’t do anything and were so incredibly rude. I have never felt so rudely addressed in my life.

DO NOT USE, I first found this app in 2020 and used a few times very easily however this is no longer the case. The most receint visit I paid double what the cost was initially and the doctor that was assisgned to me didn't even chat with me directly. They said they reviewed my chart gave some recorded answer and cosed my case without ever even live chatting with me. When I tried to speak with a different doctor i was told they don't give 2nd opinions, and when I requested a refund I was told no. I still had to take off work and pay another doctor to find out what I already new when I made the original appointment with Khealth. Do not use this "service" not helpful they will just take your money.

Really not even deserving of one star. I waited over four hours before deleting my account and praying my financial info not compromised. The message kept saying we will be with you shortly but no one ever was. Wasted an entire afternoon. Got message at 4:30 am .
