They just tell u basic information for over the counter medicine

This company will take your money and waste your time. The DO I was paired with was Elizabeth Ottney. She did not provide any help for my minor case. Her lack of obligation made me fear how providers and companies are just in it for the money. Please do not use this company.

Was told by provider I needed to be seen in person for my symptoms. Requested a refund because they did nothing and they denied it. Such a scam of a company.

I could give this place 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service and the app never works. No Refunds.

SCAM they accepted my payment after I answered questions regarding an ear infection. I was told I had an upper respiratory infection and they did not prescribe any medication (usually antibiotic is all it takes in the office). I was told they could not examine my ear and I would have to go to the doctor. WELL why in the world would you take my payment???? I asked how did they come up with an upper respiratory infection Diagnosis when I wasn’t congested, coughing, or wheezing. They ended the chat on me. Waste of time and money.

I made 2 cases and paid $39 for each. On the one for an ear infection, the doctor told me that he can't help me unless he gets a picture of the inside of my ear. NO ONE HAS THAT KINDA EQUIPMENT IN THEIR HOME! And its expensive equipment. I get a lot of ear infections in my left ear. And all I need to fix is an antibiotic. In the past, they would help. I DONT GET THE ISSUE NOW! The other case was for a uti. The options even asked me if would I prefer help over the phone or in person. I picked over the phone and the SAME DOCTOR from my ear infection case said that he won't help me until I get the ear infection resolved first with an in-office doctor. THIS ASS INTENTIONALLY REFUSED TO HELP! He would rather argue with me over writing a prescription for an antibiotic. NEWS FLASH JERK, AN IN-OFFICE DOCTOR IS JUST GOING TO WRITE ME AN ANTIBIOTIC ANYWAY! THESE IDOIT DOCTORS ACT LIKE YOU'RE LYING TO THEM! WHY WOULD I SPEND $78 AND WAIT FOREVER JUST TO LIE!!! SCAM! SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. 1st my wait time kept increasing. After I placed a call it changed to 5 minutes however remained 5 minutes for 2 hours+. 2nd the appt was poor. I am an RN. I clearly have URI and laryngitis. Just needed a script for zpak antibiotics and note for out of work. Tried to give me cough medicine only. Finally agreed to the zpak. Said ok to the out of work note. What I got stated I was seen. No out of work. I reconnected to another clinician who states the only generate that generic note. I further went into discussion and she hung up on conversation. What a total RIP off, absolute poor care, never further discussed my symptoms. Dont waste ur $.

Terrible. Doctor said she could not assess me or treat me. She suggested I request a refund. And they denied it. Complete waste of time. Will never use them again.
