If I could give this service zero stars I would. I used the app because after 5 days of nasal congestion I developed a sinus infection. I gave a specific description of my symptoms. Left maxillary sinus pain will yellow/green nasal discharge. Frontal sinus headache. I explained I’ve had them in the past. The Dr. Told me I had an upper respiratory infection and not a sinus infection and gave me a dissertation of over the counter medications. Ended up at urgent care and was given antibiotics. Total waste of time and money.

K Health was a complete waste of money and time. After being charged $39.00 and long chat describing my symptoms and the over the counter meds I am using the Dr. tells she cannot prescribe an antibiotic and to continue using over the counter meds. What a scam!! If I could give o stars I would.

At first this seemed useful, because the site asked quite detailed questions-- better than most doctors-- about my symptoms arising out of dental surgery over a week ago. When the doctor finally came on she said it was against their policies to prescribe anything within 30 days of a dental procedure. This doesn't make sense and goes against the implicit promise of the site. So I threw away my money. Was told to go see a doctor. It's a weekend and I am in a city far from where I had the surgery done. In other countries it is very standard to give antibiotics after surgery that cuts bone and scoops out gum tissue. I guess in the USA it's ok to put antibiotics in animal feed but not give to suffering patients.

K health is a waste of money. Spent $39 for them to tell me general information that does not help me get better. Information I already knew on you can look up on the internet. You are better off saving that $39 and putting it towards a place that will help you get healed.

Talk about a ripoff company! Doctor says they do not prescribe antibiotics. Had a bad sinus infection they would do nothing about it but tell me to use some over-the-counter stuff. $40 for something I already knew! Don't waste your money or your time.

Bait and switch might be the best way to describe this companies business model. Stay away.

No real clinicans - you can only text with a clinician who can't treat you without documentation from an external doctor. Total scam.

Worst customer service EVER! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my money twice then would not ship the meds. Thieves! Don't get involved with these people!
