It was great to be able to get an appointment so quickly. Dr. was efficient but seemingly not rushed. Great!! The only thing that might need improvement is the app. (The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) It seemed underdeveloped for lack of better terminology. Little things like scrolling the chat was difficult, and asking an additional clarifying question after the appt. didn’t seem to go to a care coordinator, but rather wanted to start over with my medical history. I’m new to this app and service. So I may have missed something. It would be amazing if K Health developed into something like Nice Healthcare, which provides in home visits including blood draws, strep tests, etc. But I truly appreciate the convenience of K Health!

The fact I am able to get care on weekends at home, is huge! I have used K Health 2 times now, and love how easy it is. The one thing that could be improved is the wait time. This second time I had to wait about 4 hours, for my provider to enter the chat. I understand providers are limited, but 4 hours seems a bit long. I still got the care I needed, but the pharmacy had just closed by the time my provider entered the chat. Otherwise I will most definitely keep using this service.

The provider was knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. She listened to me and together came up with the best treatment plan. Suggestion: If we pay $49 monthly fee, then we should not be charged extra for prescription.

I enjoyed using this app it was easy and always helpful the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they changed their policy and won’t treat me anymore cause I have a auto immune disease (lupus and fibromyalgia) I’m very sad I can’t even get help if I have the flu or something!

My provider was great. The app worked great. It jest took a little longer than I hoped.

I was helped easily was and my problem was helped quickly and I was listened to.

It is very difficult to get a prescription renewal. One if the medications I take is not on your list and in order to get it sent in I have to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Scheduling was not available on the app, so I had to call to het someone to schedule the appointment. I ask for a 3 month supply with one refill to cover me until my next blood work, but then a one month supply with one refill gets sent to the pharmacy, so I will have to make another appointment in 6 weeks to get another Refill. It is time consuming and does not need to be.

Excellent customer service and clinicians. Please bring back a button for chronic Rx reorders.
