The doctor is considerate

When I was first looking for what my insurance company used as an online diagnosis tool, I didn’t realize a texting app had even been created. When I realized it was an option, I was so grateful. While I think the online “FaceTime” like diagnosis tools are nice, the texting option is even better because I was at work at the time and didn’t want to reveal any personal information to my coworkers by speaking out loud about my symptoms. So not only was it quick and easy, but it also maintained my privacy as well. I will definitely be using it again!

I love being able to just tell a doctor my UTI symptoms and get a prescription called in ASAP. I know testing is necessary for some illnesses, but this is really convenient when you don’t need lab work done
