Horrible. I was really sick but needed something fast. I should have just went to urgent care because the doctor said he could not give me antibiotics or steroids because he felt it was an upper respiratory infection. I explained to him I am asthmatic and I that’s the case, cool let’s skip the antibiotics but could he do a medrol pack for the congestion…he said no and then ended the chat. I asked for a refund they said I paid for a medial assessment, not treatment. I used sesame instead and they treated me accurately. Never again will I use this app.

SCAM!! READ WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS SAYING!!! They take your money and tell you they're not allowed to prescribe you anything (which is false, I've been able to get prescriptions from other online doctors) . I contacted them to be evaluated for trazodone for insomnia. They told me if I had mild anxiety or depression, they could offer me with talk therapy, but since I didn't, I could go f myself. And they refused to refund me :)

What a waste! This app needs to be cancelled ASAP!! I went through all the steps. It took 7 hours before a clinician contacted me. Her responses was rude and was not helpful at all! Don't waste your time, find an urgent care clinic, save your 39 dollars!!

These people are not here to help you. They just want to take your money.

Don't fall for it. This service is a complete scam. They take you through all the steps, take your money and then tell you there is nothing they can do for you. Happened to me 3x. I've now learned my lesson.

I wish I would've read these reviews before spending $39 to be told to go to see a physician.

Doctor refused to prescribe me antibiotics for a bladder infection. When I explained the situation to customer service and asked for a refund of my $39 b/c the doctor did nothing for me and I was left in pain, they told me that I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I will never use K Health again.

First time speaking with a provider, they explicitly said that I would need to be referred to a psychiatrist. The marketing for the behavioral health treatment service is misleading and eligibility should have been determined before any payment. They claim my treatment plan is to just go see someone else while already taking my money. The free "assessment" when signing up said I was eligible, and I can't talk to a clinician to verify eligibility until I pay. I read through every single page on the site making sure I had a condition they treat, medications they prescribe, and states they offer treatment in. If their webpage was a book I read it cover to cover 5 times. They either need to improve their free "assessment" before payment or have the ability for a clinician to even just skim the reason you are seeking services to make sure they can treat you. KHealth is just a cash grab and a waste of time.
