i have dandruff and sked for nizarol and the doctor told me no.... and she told me to get my thyroid checked !!!... for dandruff???... millions of people buy head & shoulders and use it everyday,,, do they all need to get their thyroid checked and spend 700 dollars for the test?... what kind of app is this?.... nizarol is a good shampoo it works well and controls my dandruff perfectly but no.... they couldnt just send me a prescription for something minor and common.... they told me to get my thyroid checked... hahhaahaha... what a scam... i have acid reflux and asked for a refill on my protonix.... they said no ... eat better!!!.... dont bother with this service... you have to beg them for a med that you need....

Do NOT trust the reviews on the app store, they are fraudulent just like this service. My experience was the same as all the other people review -- they will charge you to connect you with a "Doctor" who does not seem to actually be reading anything you're saying and ends the conversation by telling you to take something OTC and repeating phrases you could find from a 10 second Google search. Essentially, you're just paying $40 and up for someone to tell you to go to a real doctor. All I wanted was a basic anti-inflammatory prescription that I've been prescribed multiple times before, for the exact same ailment. Nope. Instead told me to take 600mg of ibuprofen 5x a day, which is extremely dangerous. Scam AND could have seriously damaged my liver.

Doctor was rude and uncaring. This happened after waiting over 2 hours to even talk to one despite website stating it would take only minutes. I paid for the subscription as I was planning to switch to using KHealth ongoing. For this appointment I was hoping to discuss different options for treatment for depression and anxiety as they advertised. I also asked about nonstimulant treatments (I know they do not prescribe controlled substances and was 100% okay with that) such as Wellbutrin or an SNRI antidepressant to also co-treat my ADHD which exacerbates my anxiety and depression. Instead I was questioned and shamed. It was a battle just to get a refill of the antidepressant I was previously on. Doctor would not even discuss other options with me and told me to use a different platform. I was also planning to discuss birth control options with them but did not even bother because it had already been so emotionally draining to even get one refill of my antidepressant.

I’ve used this service a few times over the last couple of years. At first it was great but the last two times has been the worst. Dr. Jennifer Prescott refused to prescribe what is always prescribed for oral thrush saying “it’s a new policy”, which is complete bs. She was rude, I wasted $40 and I will never use this service again. Save your money.

KHealth will take your money and give you a phony diagnosis. I couldn't get an antibiotic through them for something I have been suffering with my entire life. I'm warning you. Stay away from them! You will regret even trying and you will wish you applied the money to seeing a real doctor.

Got scammed $39 with this fake service only over the counter and no prescription to help correct your ailments. BEWARE they will take your money with no help with your ailments that you went there for

Scam. They don’t use common sense while engaging with a patient. Automated quick responses, I don’t even think a doctor was really there reading the messages. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Disturbing lack of basic account services and abandonment of care. Not Good.
