She than sent me support team phone number to dispute my bill.1-888-564-5250 spoke Webcer sending refund department.Waiting for a manager to call me back Angelina. Went to my email and receipt confirm payment! Waiting return call in 72 hours. DON'T USE this service run from this MD she works in Texas.

This is a scam. It is a two second chat - no video - that tells you to go see a doctor in-person. And charges you $39. Fuller story: I input my symptoms and info on the intro screens and the app said I most likely had strep. This is exactly what I thought because I had it a few weeks ago and several family members have it now. So I paid the money thinking I'd speak with someone and they'd prescribe antibiotics. Instead, the "doctor" told me people my age don't get strep (nevermind that I told her I had it recently) and told me to buzz off and go see a doctor in-person. The responses were copy/pasted generic home remedies that don't actually work for strep. The kicker is that I did go to an in-person appointment later that evening because strep doesn't go away by itself and surprise surprise, it was strep. Stay away from this company.

It's all around awful. I just needed to get a prescription renewed that I have been getting though khealth for a couple of years now. I've been trying over an over again to connect with a clinician to do this and it has been impossible. You go into the app as they ask you to do and then they tell to select options that don't exist and they tell you a clinician will be with you shortly. They give no indication of how long your wait might be and because the app has become so glitchy you don't receive a notification when they do connect. I've tried connecting with someone at 11pm only to be put in the waiting room and not seen until 4:35 am by which time I was asleep. I've tried reaching out to support but they were unsuccessful in connecting me. After several attempts I've found that the average wait time appears to be between 2 and 4 hours, but still you never receive notification. Stay away unless this is really your only option.

I used this service because it's the weekend and my doctors office is closed. Just wanted a refill on an antibiotic because I have chronic condition and all I got was aggravation and ripped off. Not sure if the person I was talking to was an actual doctor but I disputed the charge with my bank. Well see if the charge gets reversed or not. If that was a real doctor I was chatting with all I have to say is quack.

I would NOT recommend using K health. Ive had to reschedule my appointment 3 times, due to the clinician not showing up for the appointment. In fact I am waiting right now for them....my appointment was over an hour ago!

I've been a customer with KHealth since August of 2020. I've always been satisfied with their service and received treatment. That was not my experience on May 1, 2023. The app is extremely glitchy, it took forever to answer the questions because it kept freezing. That was my first red flag and I should've exited the app then but I was determined to receive treatment because I was in discomfort. After making payment, it took forever for a clinician to connect with me. That was my 2nd red flag. This was the complete opposite of my past experiences. After waiting for over an hour, I sent a message to their help desk online and finally I was connected with a clinician. I explained to her my symptoms and she suggested I go to urgent care or schedule an appointment with a lab. My purpose of using the app was to get antibiotics for a UTI as I've done in the past with no issue. What's different now? And the prices have skyrocketed. I've been using the app for 3 years and this is the first time I was refused treatment. I've never felt so disregarded and I was refused a refund. This is bad customer service, misrepresentation and unethical. I wish I would've read the reviews before using them again.

AVOID!! They will rip you off. If you need an antibiotic choose any other service but them. Jennifer McMillan was the scammer who ripped me off yesterday. I needed an antibiotic for bronchitis and she refused to prescribe it. All the reviews are true. They do not prescribe the antibiotics you need and will just tell you to take meds that you've already been taking or otc waste of time drugs. The FTC should shut this scammy company down and victims should file a class action law suit.
