I wish I didn't have to give a single star. The "clinician" downplayed symptoms and offered no antibiotics for a very obvious sinus infection. I'm running 102.5 fever among other very obvious symptoms I don't want to gross anyone out with and they said I can come back in 7 days... they took my $39 for nothing and customer service would do nothing to refund it. NEVER AFAIN!

This is a scam. I recently used K-health service, and I answered tons of questions through this computer generated questionnaire, PAID my money upfront, only for the doctor to say he can’t help me. I need to see an in-person doctor. Strangely, in a prior year, I had a doctor help me before with this issue. This particular doctor refused. I reached out to customer service for a refund, and Zimmie (Team K) told me that K-health’s PAID services are only for assessment. Please don’t waste your time or money! PLEASE!

Worst ever refused treatment took my $40.00 So now when i'm asking for refund they are Blocking my emails.

After chatting with them, they said I need to contact someone locally and that they could not help me. Also, I could not delete my account information which has me very concerned.

By far this is the worst telemedicine company out there. I had a visit with them and despite the pain I was in they told me to bad we aren’t going to write you.a script for any medications because they had treated me in the past. They are clearly incompetent and deceptive in their practice as there is no where on their site that says if we treated you before to bad we won’t treat you again

Terrible service doctor was rude Google is better at diagnosing patients

Worst experience ever. First, in the state of AZ they are required by law to hold a video conference. I paid based on the fact they would follow the law. Instead, I had someone chat with me through their app asking a few automated questions and then refused to help and just said you should go see your doctor. Really? The reason used your service is because I could not get to my Dr. In the next week and needed a simple prescription to cure my bronchitis. It was a complete waste of time. The person chatting ended up from the chat. They refused to provide refund despite the fact they did not follow the law. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and stay far far away from this company.

Terrible company. I paid 39 dollars for the physician to tell me to go to a primary care, urgent care, etc. I asked for a refund since I was not treated and they declined to refund my money.
