The app was easy to use. The doctors were informative and thorough. When you are not feeling well you’re already stressed. The K app took the stress out of it and gave me exactly what I needed. When follow up care was necessary they guided me through that as well.

Super convenient option for care. Not as synchronous as a video visit, but that comes with pros and cons. I’ve seen two clinicians, both have exceeded my expectations in courtesy, professionalism, and care. Would definitely repeat.
