Had tooth infection, the doctor asked 2 questions then told me to go to the er ….. for tooth pain. I asked is that their only advice and they left the chat. $40 to get abused. I used them in the past , they are just being money grubs.

I have been a behavioral health patient of K Health for 3 years. They said they would send notifications of when I needed to check in with the physician in order to receive my prescription refills. They sent notifications for about 1 year & then quit. As a result, there have been two occasions in 3 years that I've forgotten to check in prior to my prescription running out. The 2nd time was today. I was only 2 weeks late & still had some meds left as I had accidentally forgotten to take them 2x day. The MD was really rude & hateful, said if I was going to continue not checking in & intentionally not take my meds as prescribed that that they would have to quit treating me. I'm furious! They keep raising the price every month, they keep taking my money every month, they promise to send me notifications which they don't do and 2 times in 3 years I miss checking in and this is the service and response I get!!! Also, I told the MD that I wasn't "intentionally" not taking my medicine, but that on several days I had accidentally forgotten to take the second dose. This happened approximately 10 out of 90 days. They want to keep taking your money monthly but they don't want to provide you with any services. I could understand if this was a common occurrence like every other month I failed to check in and/or wasn't taking my medicine appropriately. But as I stated before, this happened two times in 3 years! They certainly remember to take my money every month but can't remember to send me notifications.

If I could rate 0 of 5 stars I would. Whatever you do DO NOT use K Health! Awful experience and would never use them again. They refuse to issue a refund for inadequate service.

I paid the $39 and was waiting 4.5 hours for a clinician to enter the chat. No prescription given, just told me about otc I could take. Waste of money!

Please don’t waste your money!!!! This is truly a scam, I had a sinus infection and needed antibiotics and thought i could save myself a visit to the doctor, they literally charged me 39$ to tell me to go to the doctor!!!! Such a scam

Yeah came here in the past for an ear infection which medicine was prescribed to me with no issues then couple months later same symptoms of an ear infection and was told by Krista that I don't have any symptoms and should go to the ER. I even told her I just want the prescription for my ear infection. Wasted my time and money.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I cannot believe this is even legal. I was diagnosed with a UTI but she wanted me to go to the lab to confirm but the lab is not open on Sunday. What is the point of that? I can see my family doctor tomorrow. Or for the cost of the visit, I could have just gone to Urgent Care. I'm so mad at myself and $40 is not small change to me. I just am so disappointed that people would do this.

Everyone would be better off if I could give no star so that you know what a rip off this is. They literally take the 39.00 to tell you to go to the ER. Exactly what I said was wrong and needed my family doctor prescribed to me after the holiday weekend. Just sucked having to wait 3 days through the Memorial Day weekend. Take this for what it's worth, or just give them your 39.00 for absolutely nothing too. Oh and when you write to support, they tell you the 39.00 was for a referral. Lmao.... they referred me to the ER. Lol
