Already took the money and ran with no way to refund it. Filth. Do not get services here. I'd have gotten more mental help just flushing my money down the toilet. :::: After waiting 2.5 hours a doctor SABINA REBIS , NPI # 1134515299 entered the chat and instantly left without sending a message. Dooming me to wait another 2.5 hours for a doctor to join the chatroom. Absolutely deplorable. I have immediately cancelled my service and submitted a DOH-3867 complaint form via hand-written mail to the New York State Department of Health. I WILL dispute a charge back with my credit card company for this lack of service and harmful behavior for a mental health appointment. Readers: please do not make the same mistake I did.

Terrible company scam. Took 39 for nothing. I knew I had a dental infection. I had been on it for months previously until I can get my tooth repaired. I told the "doctor" that. She told me to go to urgent care to get iv antibiotics. Lady I don't need it antibiotics when augmentin has been working the last 3 months. She argued and closed the chat. This is a scam am based on reviews it happens often.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE K.Health. I dont know what happen but they went down hill as over a year ago I was able get a prescription for my husband tooth infection will no issues. It was sent to pharmacy quickly. Fast forward July 2023. So we all know it's July 4th weekend. My doctor is closed on the weekends. So I decided to come to K.Health. I already knew what my symptoms were as I already stated it to the suppose "doctor" they had me talking with and all she said was the name of what am dealing with (which I already stated to her beforehand) then she said to go to the doctor she can't help and closed the chat on me! No help nothing... no prescription.... NOTHING. I had to fight back and forth over 2 hours through the app until supervisor Angelina came on and refunded the $39. What a nightmare STAY AWAY!!!

I was having sever neck/shoulder pain and went thru the "symptom checker" and it stated their physicians could help me. Their advice was the follow up with my primary care doctor. It's a Saturday therefore that isn't an option otherwise I would have contacted them and used my insurance. It was the BIGGEST waste of $39. I do NOT recommend them.

Omg, I thought I’m the only one got scam by these low life doctors here! I just got scam for $39 and didn’t get anything in return as well! I feel like I’m having a UTI and is in needs of antibiotics ASAP so paid $39 and have this low life doctor on the chat with me and told me I have to go get lab test! What the heck?! Seriously! If I have the time to go get lab test why the heck I paid $39 for using their service for?!! At the end the low life told me if I don’t have any result for lab test there’s nothing she can do to help me! So basically they’re only here scam people they’re not real doctors! And when I ask for a refund because there’s no medical provided! The low life here told me no refund! I guess everyone here are correct about it! Please stay away from them everyone!

These people should be in prison. I didn't bother to look up the reviews for this service because there was a link to it directly from my insurance provider's website (Anthem). $39 and 2.5 hours later my two minute appointment with, I supposed a real person, informed me that I wasn't even eligible for treatment through their service because of my insurance provider (What?) and I was given "a referral" to a generic information site. Conversation ended. Are you kidding me? How is this legal?

I saw their site and they advertised cheap ED medication, and prescription. I filled out information sent in my ID. Paid $39 dollars for a visit only to be told that “Arizona Law” doesn't allow tele-health of ED and that I need to go see a doctor. First off that’s a lie. In Arizona you can get ED prescriptions through telehealth. It’s 100% legal. They took my money and my information and gave me nothing in return
