The original doctor on the consult said they sent my prescription to the pharmacy and did not. When I came back to see if she could resend it, she did not reply back. It took 2 days for someone to respond to me and to get my prescription resent.

I wasn't able to get to a local dentist for antibiotics for an abcess. The app limits how you communicate and doesn't offer enough choices. When I did text with the doctor, he refused to give me antibiotics because he couldn't see a bump indicating there was an infection, only a noticeable flat place because before I thought to use the app, I popped it, trying to relieve the pressure. My face is swollen and there is a knott in my cheek and jaw. I paid 70$ and wasted an hour for nothing.

I was very grateful that I was able to talk to someone so late at night but I only used your app because I have a condition that hasnt improved and my usual dr wasnt available til Thursday of this week. The visit was Saturday and I noticed the first symptoms a few days prior. I was very afraid it would get worse and wanted to get the ball rolling. The visit was $70 which is more than what I paid previously, and lasted maybe 5 minutes without all the waiting and the prescription was $30. The medication I was prescribed didn't help at all. It actually made me vomit after I took it and made me feel worse than what I already feel and now I'm out $100. Now I have to wait on my pcp to see me. I was hoping this would be a more convenient experience and I'm low on money already, I wish I could get a refund. I have since emailed them as per their reply, and no answer.

What I dislike is that the last 3 times I’ve used k health, I’ve ended up having to go to urgent care to get simple antibiotics that in my opinion, should have be prescribed through the app. It’s been a waste of the time I don’t have to use k health. (Single mom of three kids) I used to use k health in the past knowing I would get the help I need but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore

Had appointment on 12/27 gave all information requested including phone #. After 2 plus hour wait finally received an on-line visit. After about 1 minute was disconnected. Didn't receive a call back and was directed to resubmit my information.AND I STILL GOT CHARGED. 12/28 did the text message thing again after about a 2 hour wait I did text with a doctor and received great service. I was charged for this visit also

Still waiting for a doctor after over two hours! K Health was really good awhile back. Be prepared for a long wait or try another company. Ended up getting help, but took hours.

Very frustrating with the app. It took about a week to be able to do a wellness visit due to complications with the app. It has a spot to see my blood work results but that won't load. I've submitted a work request for this and haven't heard anything back yet. They have you fill a questionnaire out before the wellness visit but then ask the the exact same questions in the visit. Why do i have to answer the same questions twice? I eventually got my wellness visit but nothing but headaches along the way. Clearly the app needs a lot of work.
