Too much money and zero help
Update: 08/21/25 They sent a bogus reply making excuses for STILL taking peoples money when they DID NOT TREAT your illness. RIP OFF! I spent a ridiculous fee to speak to a doctor in the comfort of my own home because I work long hours only to be told that there was nothing they could do about my ear infection. Because I don't own an expensive device to show them the inside of my ear. Even though my medical history shows that I am prone to ear infections. Waited a long time and spent too much money for zero help at all. I should have saved that money, took off work and went to my regular doctor. At least they would have been helpful.
Response from K HealthAug 21, 2025
Hi Nicole, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. Due to the nature of some conditions, our providers may suggest in-person treatment since they cannot physically evaluate you. Additionally, since we are not your regular primary care provider, we do not have access to your full medical history. Our providers follow strict telemedicine guidelines and company policies that prioritize patient safety. In-person treatment is typically suggested as a precaution, since the provider feels that K Health's telemedicine platform is not in depth enough to prescribe any kind of medication at that moment. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you got the care you needed. update 8/22/2025: We have reached out to you via email to better understand your case and provide you with support.
