Horrible experience, twice.Doubt there are any doctors on staff. Nurses completely misdiagnose patients, which creates more health issues. Waste of money, don’t use this service. There are better services out there.

Tried K Health twice for ringworm (pretty routine and minor stuff). First time, a Dr. Hammett, prescribed a steroid cream and it got worse. Friends in medical field told me that makes it worse. Told me to try OTC fungal ointments which helped treat the ringworm but there are residual blisters. Tried a 2nd time with K Health to get an oral med, but a Dr. Collins said nothing could be done. But guess who's keeping my $78 for doing nothing?

This is the most ridiculous thing ever! At first it told me i likely had strep throat. And to talk to a Dr. And get a prescription it would cost me $39.00- I paid - talked to a Dr. What a joke! There’s no prescription- only a person telling me how to soothe a sore throat. Seriously! For $39.00 Don’t do this! It’s not what it’s cracked up to be.

SCAM! I'm waiting for a refund. Should be a class action suit.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff is unprofessional, and it takes forever to even talk to someone. The app kept glitching and crashing, and caused me to not be able to cancel my membership before they charged me again. Requested a refund and was told no. Overall a negative experience, and I recommend saving your time and money.

Total scam. Took my payment then said they couldn’t help. I was also denied a refund. I wish I would’ve read these reviews first.

I have a rash that I've previously had so I'm aware of treatment ..a prescription cream hydrocortisone... But this doctor requires that it needs to be seen in person. So by there own definition their service is useless for most maladies.

Do not use. Sets you up on plan and provides no care. Still then tries to bill you. Will not refund. Horrible company.
