Was asked to get lab work done and was told I’d be contacted within 24-48 hours and that was not the case. I had to reach out after 72 hours only to be told my infection could not be treated with k health. I feel like I wasted $40 to just be told I couldn’t be helped.

I paid $39 for a one time visit. The doctor said because it was a reoccurring UTI, k health couldn't help me. I asked customer service for a refund. They refused, saying "We will not be able to accommodate a refund as our paid service is the medical assessment itself and not the outcome of the assessment." This is not the norm with telehealth (like the planned parenthood app, lemonaid, etc). Normally, if their doctors can't treat you, you get a refund. Waste of money.

Pitiful times 2. They are not here to help anyone they are just throwing stuff out and telling you to go see someone in person. Sara Crause basically told me to go back to the doctor. I see they are just giving anybody jobs these days. Doctors aren't doctors anymore and k health has the worst online doctors on earth!don't bother even paying them. They are no help. I repeat no help whatsoever! Close the whole platform down. Thanks

This place is a joke and I don’t think they are any expert in any medical field. It’s like a chat center no matter what is your symptoms they display the Same massages “visit your primary health care physician” WOW WHY DO I NEED YOU THEN 😂😂 My last chat was with so called “ Dr. Horattas-Collins.” And he couldn’t refill a medication I’m already taking it’s not a new prescription. How prophetic is that !! It’s a total waste of money

Horrible. Please do not use this if you have any medical issue. This will make you go in rounds and rounds. Random ask for tests and then further test without any clear idea. They can’t give referral and they might put you in a situation where they will straight up say please go to primary doctor after wasting 3 days

Save your money. Doctor could care less about a patient. Spent 30 minutes and 39$ to get told go to Urgent Care for a UTI which I could have done without paying them. The goal is to get your money and do nothing in return.

Used this service three times over the last 2 weeks for a common chest and head cold. They told me I had to get a chest X-ray, totally unnecessary medical procedure, if I needed an antibiotic to treat a sinus infection and bronchitis. Wouldn’t refund fee. Total waste of time and false advertising. If you can’t even treat a common cold, you really shouldn’t even be in business.

Paid thinking would get a telodoc. Visit to get a text with a nurse. Practitionerafter first question that was asked was if a covid test had been taken then just to be told to take a COVID test and go into urgent care. Even after stating, it was mostly in my sinuses and very similar to the last infection. After a cold, which my son had 2 weeks ago. Which is right before the symptoms occurred. Called to see about a refund because no actual visit occurred was told because suggestion of a COVID test and to go to urgent care was given that it was considered a full visit, so no refund offered. Do not use this place.
