I told the provider I know for a fact I have herpes and that I took the medicine wrong the first time she said there is no way to take it wrong and then told me I had to go to an urgent care because it might be something else I’ve already been to urgent care and I know for a fact I had herpes she didn’t believe me and didn’t help with a prescription.I feel like I wasted the money on the consultation and I will not be using k health again!

K Health takes your money and gives you no medicine. My mother called in because she has a terrible sinus infection. She was too weak to go to the Dr. The doctor online advised her to use a Neti pot even though my mom insisted she had infection taste and it’s been this way for awhile. Extremely painful, Teeth pain, pressure, colored phlegm. Long story short she had to go to a doctor in person and she had a sinus infection and was put on antibiotics right away. The Dr that she saw said that k health should have given antibiotics based on her symptoms. What is the point of k health if you still have to go to the dr because k health wont help you. My mother called customer service and asked for her money back and they said no. This is a gimmick they take your money and you have to fend for yourself. K health please don’t message below with the same comment you’ve given everyone else who you haven’t helped. We don’t want to call your number or email because no one will help you anyways. My mother already did that. Please look at all of these bad reviews. When a majority of your reviews are worse than the good ones that means something is up for sure! Should be renamed No Health

Requested immediate care and was just given a referral and no treatment whatsoever. I have had this issue in the past once before and was provided care but now they like to take your money and give you nothing. It's becoming fraud. Be careful. Use another company because I wasted an hour of my time and now I'm out $40. Horrible.

Terrible, cold, incompetent doctors that copy and paste from a scropt, unhelpful customer service, and sleezy business model designed to steel from the poor. The doctor couldn't prescribe depression meds because of the SYMPTOMS of depression. She referred me to a very unhelpful blog post on the K Health website. Custom service calls this a referral and justification for this expensive waste of time. Do yourself a favor and use Google for free.

I CALLED WITH HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, K HEALTH DOCTORS TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NEAREST URGENT CARE, AND THATS IT. NO REFUND ON $39. HUGE SCAM.

Horrible service, took my money and offered zero help for a simple need of antibiotics for a sinus infection. Just told me to go in to an urgent care. Would not use again

I came to Khealth because I am between jobs, without health insurance, and on a tight budget. I unfortunately contracted strep throat or a similar condition during this period, and knew I likely needed antibiotics to recover fully and quickly. Khealth took my money, prescribed me NO antibiotics and told me to go to urgent care. Urgent care is prohibitively expensive without health insurance, so I've had to take my chances and heal on my own with rest and chicken soup instead. I am making a full recovery, but it's definitely no thanks to Khealth. Don't even bother with this service.

HORRIBLE! I have been self treating a cold for quite awhile. But I have a lingering pain in my cheek that is becoming increasingly puffy so I figured it was time to seek out some antibiotics before it gets any worse.
