K health is a scam. It is based out of Israel. Even the corporate number is a google VoIP number. I have doubts these are even doctors. They take your money and tell you to go to urgent care. Read the thousands of reviews and see for yourself. A class action should be brought against them. Every physician gives very generic advice then advises you to go to the ER. This is a total ripoff. Use any other telehealth service except this one

Did a chat visit because their services are offered through my insurance. I still had to pay $39. I have a simple cold that I just wanted some antibiotics for but the doctor only suggested I go to an in person urgent care. The whole point of virtual care is to not have to sit in an office for hours.

This Tele doc service is a scam. They charge you but then tell you that you will need to see a urgent care due to symptoms and they can't give you an antibiotic

I have a simple throat infection. After 5 hours, I was told I would have to wait until the next day! To even talk to a doctor. Then, I paid them $147 when the monthly rate is $49.99. Finally when I “saw” the doctor she said she couldn’t tell from the pictures I submitted if I needed antibiotics and that I’d have to go in for a live visit

I’ve used K Health for three years now and I actually loved it up until today’s date of November 1, 2023. The reason why I love that is because they did a video conferencing with the doctor or the nurse practitioner so you got to see and it was more personal than the office visit. However, things have changed I consulted for a sinus infection, which I have 30 year history of it, and they refused to give me medication in the form of an anabiotic

Dr. Jessica Kiss said that if I didn’t go to Emergency I would die “” That was on 10/27/2023 Friday around 9:45 PM. I went to Kaiser Emergency they were very upset that this doctor said this. It ended up turning out to be not an infection they did a bunch of bloodwork. I spent $75 extra plus the $35 I spent on this app so that’s a lot of money. And there was nothing wrong with me except an internal hemorrhoid. Now granted I did go to Emergency because I listen to the doctor but even Kaiser felt that she was a little bit over the top. I don’t think I’m gonna use your app again and I want my money back.

I’ve had problems with sore throats turning into infections my entire life. Whether it becomes strep or just a throat infection, I would go to the doctor and get prescribed antibiotics. K Health simply told me go to an urgent care or the ER. If this was something dire or extreme I would immediately go to an in-person facility, however, this is something I have dealt with time and time again. They refused to issue a refund for the lack of services and clearly ignored me. Could’ve saved both time and money to just go to a clinic I can barely afford, instead of spending $40 AND THEN being told to go to a clinic. I wasn’t asking them to evaluate a severe medical issue. Just a throat infection. Not using them again

Terrible I paid to have them tell me go to e.r. when I didn't need e.r. company is RIP off unless you need std meds than they just advise you
