They took my money and told me to go to urgent care if I wanted antibiotics. Looks like they aren't able to write prescriptions anymore. Every review from the last year tells the same story. Just a scam site at this point

The doctors repeatedly did not read my allergies and kept wanting to prescribe a medication I am allergic to. The last doctor told me I was out of luck not being able to find my medication in a pharmacy and she hasn't had patients not be able to find it.

This site is a rip off. Don't waste your time or money. Asked for prescription for Tamiflu for my wife. I explained it was not Covid because I tested her and she was negative. I gave them all of her symptoms: fever, chills, fever, achiness, cough. They came back and said she should go for an onsite visit. Worthless. I'll never use them again and warn all of my friends.

I use this app because I am uninsured I have used it 2 times prior to this and going through the process they give you the option of completing lab work well this time they required me to get lab work done before I could receive treatment which they never have done before once again I am not insured and can not afford to pay for lab work so I did not continue the process, I requested a refund and was denied

Reached out after I had tried all home remedies and going into fourth week of symptoms to get care that I cannot offer myself via home remedies. I spent $40 for someone to tell me that I should take those home remedies and drink herbal tea. Waste of my $40, when I then had to go seek in person treatment anyhow.

Waited six hours without so much as an apology from the Dr. Need antibiotics for a URI, NOPE. 6.5 hours I won't ever get back all for nothing. Useless. Also, I would like a refund.
