I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. I paid 500 for the year because I wanted to try to get an LP-1 prescription, which is something they were advertising, bit every time I bring it up they change the topic or they say they'll send me to get lab work done to start the process and never actually send the lab order. Half the time when I make appointments it takes the doctor 15 to 30 minutes into the appointment to either show up or cancel. They cancel my appointments Most times

If I could give a zero I would. This company is a scam. In my honest opinion,I don’t believe they have real doctors behind the visits. I think they have people there reading out of the cdc guidelines and recommendations because when they deny you medication they tell you “that’s what the guidelines say”. Even when you’ve had the same problem many times before and know what you have from the many doctors visits over the years. And they have no problem giving you what you need. Khealth doctors are not truly doctors. They’re just taking your money and doing nothing for you.

Wish there were negative stars I could give. I clearly have a dental abscess. I spent over 20 minutes on the website, paid my $40 only to be told that if I couldn’t shove my huge cell phone into my mouth to take a picture of the tooth all the way in the back that they couldn’t help me. Then the doctor asked if there was anyone else at home that could take the photo?!?!? Um, they would have the same issue. What a rip off. I am definitely requesting a refund considering they didn’t provide any service, so what did I pay for? The worst thing is you have to pay before you can even talk to someone. Great way for them to get your money without actually doing anything to help you.

I called K Health because I suspected that I was having gastritis. After answering their questions it was narrowed down that I either had iBS or gastritis. After wasting 30 minutes answering all of the Drs. questions, I was told that they Would Not prescribe any antibiotics for gastritis, but only Zofran and Prilosec, both of which I had already been trying. I pleaded with them to call in a few pills of a mild antibiotic,( which is the only way to treat gastritis) only to be told that they were ending my text. What a rip off. These Drs. could care less about you and your illness. They are only there to get your money, then move on to the next fool that fell for their website. I will be trying get my money back through my Credit Card company.

Spent over an hour waiting around for the Dr to send messages every 20 minutes- only to be told to go in person.I knew what the issue was, but they did not help. When I went in person, I was prescribed meds, for 75 bucks.

Not able to help me at all

Horribly unhelpful. Jennifer McMillian was the R.N. who took my call. Not even a doctor. She was extremely unhelpful. I had a UTI that I needed an antibiotic for. I've gotten treated before for UTI's so I knew exactly what it was. I wasted $39 only for her to tell me I need to go to another doctor for testing. What is the point of this service then? They are supposed to be helpful and prescribe an antibiotic for a simple condition....not tell you to go to a doctor for further testing. Don't waste your money.

After spending thirty minutes slowly answering all the questions in the list they then asked what I was seeking. After I said treatment or care, they immediately required payment. Then I sat for two hours waiting for a person to appear on the other side, finally I gave up. This morning I awoke to a message stating that my time had ended with khealth.
