I love being able to get simple care needs addressed online 24/7 rather than going to urgent care. My PCP is always booked out a couple months so unless I’m doing an annual visit I can forget the ability to get care.

Quick easy and affordable! When my prescriptions didn’t originally transmit, customer service got back to me quickly and told me how to best get back in touch. The only thing is the app is slightly glitchy at times — but could be on my end? Hard to tell

The experience was great as far as convenience and having a provider available right away. I felt the first provider I spoke with treated me as a statistical number rather than a human explaining a specific situation and symptoms. I felt dismissed by him. I was relieved and encouraged about Khealth by being able to speak to an additional provider who worked with the first to prescribe medicine that was needed for this illness. I began feeling better within 24 hours of starting treatment and am very grateful.

While I was given some medications to help my Upper Respiratory Infection, they were not what I needed and wanted. I've had these infections for years and I know that antibiotics do work for me. Amoxicillin or Zithromax (z pack) have been successful. I'm still experiencing coughing with congestion, runny nose and eyes, headaches, and sneezing.

I found it was difficult to navigate to get to a dr…. I was also charged twice for my visit that I thought was free. This was very disappointing!! When I did get to text a Dr it was smooth and easy and my medication was called in quickly.
