Way too slow
From the time I started inputting my info to the time that the pharmacy received my Rx, five hours had passed, the pharmacy closed, and my UTI raged on without treatment until the next day, which was too late. By then, it was worse and after five days of treatment, there was no improvement, and I had to go in. On the day of the K Health virtual visit, I had called the pharmacy to see if they received the Rx. They hadn’t. I contacted the help on the K Health app and they told me there had been a glitch and the Rx had not been sent after my visit.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the delayed prescription and the impact it had on your health. This is certainly not the experience we want for our patients. We understand that a five-hour delay, especially for a condition like a UTI, is unacceptable. We are investigating what caused the glitch that prevented your prescription from being sent promptly and are working to implement measures to prevent this from happening again. We regret that you had to wait until the next day for treatment and that your condition worsened as a result. We also apologize for the inconvenience of having to go in for an in-person visit after the virtual consultation. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected].
