I would give zero stars if I could. Visit was all via text. I needed refills of a topical generic ointment for psoriasis. I was having trouble getting to the dermatologist for a required checkup. Doc said I didn’t meet the requirements to give me a refill. Waste of my copay and time and I’m left with no help. Thanks for nothing.

We apologize that you were unsatisfied with your experience. All of K Health's patient-provider encounters are via text unless the state you are located has other requirements. While telemedicine is good option for many conditions, it is difficult for providers to physically examine you virtually, which is why your provider may have suggested in-person care. Please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can look into your case and assist you.

Hi Mamadou, we apologize that you were disappointed with your experience. Your K Health intake begins with an encounter with our symptom checker. You are then provided with an option to meet with a telemedicine provider. Should you decide to do so, your intake from the symptom checker is sent to the clinician. All of our clinicians are real people that are professionally trained and knowledgeable. You can click on the clinician's icon at the top of the chat to learn more about their background, so you can have a better idea of who you are talking with. If you have any questions at any point during your encounter with our symptom checker or provider you can call our Patient Experience team at (888) 564-5250 Monday-Friday from 9a-7p EST & on weekends from 11-5p EST. You can reach us any time at [email protected]. They can answer any question you have to ensure you get the care you need.

K Health has mostly went to Ai…
K Health has mostly went to Ai responses. When asked if you are talking to multiple people, the reply was one word, "yes." Most responses are simply Ai responses. This is strictly a money grab at this point. We came here after my wife got here cholestrol and A1C results last week and were very high. After 30 minutes of waiting for a response here and there....the so called "doctor" recommeded my wife take a Cholestorol and A1C test. Oh helping me....that is why we are here...remember? Everything is a copy and paste reply.
Update: This was not a free Ai consult. This was from a paid provider. And Khealth does NOT use the same bedside manner as in person medical providers because in person medical providers do not have 5 patients in the room at one time and go back and forth talking to each one. There is a reason bedside patient care is one one one...not in a crowd of other patients. Khealth providers talk to many patients at the same time, which leaves very poor health care for the person paying. Great for Khealth becauese you have multiple people paying for the same minute of time. Terrible for the patient because we have to share our paid minute with multiple people which reduces the quality of care received. Good for money for you...bad for outcome for us.
100% NOT TRUE - Review the transcripts for the provider in my case. You will see me ask if she is talking to multiple patients and her reply was "Yes." This is why it takes them 3 to 5 minutes to repond and takes the pateint 15 to 30 seconds. Why else would it take 5 minutes to write one single line of text like "When was your last blood work?" Again, review the transcripts. You are 100% not being honest or your are 100% misinformed in how Khealth works. Even your Physican said "Yes" - And I already emailed you 4 hours ago...no reply. Still waiting.

Hi Garry, we apologize for the frustrating experience your wife had. K Health starts with an encounter with our AI symptom checker, which is free for everyone to use. Our symptom checker uses a combined knowledge from millions of medical records and thousands of doctors to instantly show you how others were diagnosed and treated. Subsequently, you have the option to meet with a provider. When paired with a provider, you can click on their icon to learn more background information about them. Even though interactions happen via chat, our providers employ the same bedside manner that they would use during in-person care.
If you experience any trouble or have any questions you can always reach out to our patient experience team by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling (888) 564-5250 anytime between Monday-Friday from 9a-7p EST & on weekends from 11-5p EST.
In order, to assist your wife with her case, please email us at [email protected] so we can further investigate and come up with a resolution! We appreciate you patience and feedback.
Update: I want to clarify that the encounter with our symptom checker is completely free. We do not take any payment unless you decide to meet with a provider. If this was not the case for your wife you can email us at [email protected] and we can assist you. Furthermore, our providers meet with only one patient at a time. They do not have the ability to chat with multiple patients simultaneously. Many in-person providers do see several patients at once. Even though they may not be in the same physical room, it is not uncommon for patients to overlap when seeing a clinician in-office. Again, if you were unsatisfied with the language our provider used with your wife, we encourage you to email us at [email protected], so that we can investigate and rectify the situation.
Update 09/10/2025: Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience your wife had and for the conflicting information you received from us.
We want to be completely transparent and correct a previous statement. Our providers do manage more than one patient at a time. This is a standard and accepted practice in asynchronous telemedicine and allows us to serve more patients efficiently and reduce wait times. Our providers are extensively trained to navigate multiple patient cases with careful attention to detail, ensuring each patient’s unique needs are met.
Regarding your wife's experience, we are truly sorry that the communication felt automated and that her concerns were not fully addressed. We expect our providers to employ the same bedside manner they would use during in-person care. The feedback you’ve provided is crucial and will be used to improve our services.

3 Hour Wait - Terrible Diagnosis
Extremely long wait times and the diagnosis was very incorrect. Was only prescribed cough suppressant for a respiratory infection.

It was impossibly to quickly book an urgent care visit. The AI kept trying to get me to schedule a PCP visit for later when I needed urgent help. I wanted to talk to a live person not the AI because it kept messing up my request. It took way longer than it has ever taken to request a telehealth urgent care appointment.
Response from K HealthSep 6, 2025
Hi Rona, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. Before meeting with a provider, users interface with our symptom checker AI that uses a combined knowledge from millions of medical records and thousands of doctors to instantly show you how others were diagnosed and treated. After using the symptom checker, users have the option to chat with a provider via the chat. You have the option to either schedule a primary care appointment or have an urgent care meeting. Should you encounter an issue we encourage users to contact our patient experience agents via email at [email protected] or by calling (888) 564-5250.

Don’t waste your time.
Don’t waste your time with this platform. Doctors don’t want to work with insurance companies. Pressuring for a prescription to a non client preffered drug.
Response from K HealthSep 6, 2025
Hi Geraldine, we apologize that you were unsatisfied with your experience. We strive to provide affordable high quality healthcare that is easy to use and convenient.
All of our providers follow strict telemedicine guidelines and company policies that prioritize patient safety. We apologize if you felt pressured during your experience with one of our doctors and encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected], so that we can look into this. At this time K Health works with select insurance companies, but we try to make our service as affordable and as accessible as possible.

Worst Medical Providers Ever.
Between two times attempting to speak to someone, it was a combined 4 hours.
I also got very generic GOOGLE Doctor answers and it felt very half hearted.
This experience has ruined the idea of utilizing this type of service for good. It also furthers my distrust in the Medical System, which is clearly only in it for the money, not the patient.
Response from K HealthSep 6, 2025
Hi Josh, we apologize that you were unsatisfied with your experience. We understand that long wait times can be frustrating, especially when you aren't feeling well. Wait times can vary depending on your location and time of day. Thank you for your patience.
I can assure you that all of our providers are licensed experts that adhere to strict telemedicine guidelines and company policies that prioritize patient safety. Since interactions happen via text we understand that they can seem generic. We appreciate your feedback and will take this into consideration going forward. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can look into your case further.

AI driven. Triple the cost of a single Urgent Care visit.
The care provided was entirely driven by artificial intelligence, with no human interaction at any point in the process. This approach does not reflect high-quality, premium care and is misleading—particularly in how pricing is advertised to attract patients.
The experience was frustrating, taking around three hours to initiate a series of text messages. Despite clearly explaining the prescription already being taken, K Health proceeded to prescribe a significantly higher dosage in a single capsule, raising concerns about the accuracy and safety of their AI-driven decision-making. It would have been less money to go to an Urgent Care facility where a real doctor could prescribe the dosage as previously taken along with three refills. K Health requires a new visit for each refill. In the long run, you'll pay more than triple had you just went to Urgent Care.
