It was very convenient to get an antibiotic for a UTI. It was the weekend and I live an hour from an urgent care.

A Dr was available immediately to chat. The bot that asked questions prior to the chat was pretty good and didn't take too long. I didn't feel rushed and the Dr asked questions and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan and had no questions of my own. Very helpful.

I liked the convenience of being able to stay at home and not have to go to urgent care or doctor’s office when not feeling well. I also liked this due to not having to risk getting something worse than already had or passing something I may have to someone.

It was so late at night that I woke up in such pain with and it was nice to wake up and go to the pharmacy and have what I needed ready for me. The survey of questions was lengthy but made me feel safe. Truly an easy experience without having to sit in a waiting room and wait long time to be seen
