This service has no real deliverable and misleads users to believe it can instigate care for health concerns. Simply put, it is a waste of money. When concerned for being misled and not receiving the benefit described, K Health directed back to the health plan for a refund. I paid K Health for service not provided. K Health owes me the refund.

I was told I couldn't be a patient because it was too long since my previous refill. The ap is now useless as you consider me a new patient and aren't taking new patients. All I wanted was to refill my generic cialis.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. SCAM! I came to this app for UTI symptoms. Before speaking with a doctor, I answered preliminary questions about my previous UTIs. "Have you had a UTI in the last 6 months?" "Yes." After answering these, they charged me $55 and connected me with a Doctor. As soon as I got on with the Doctor, he informed me that I need to go to Urgent Care because it is their policy not to prescribe UTI medication if there was a UTI within the last 6 months. If this was company policy, why would they even send me through to the doctor??? SCAM!!! I tried requesting a refund & they told me it was the doctor's recommendation. FALSE. The doctor himself said it was their policy and that he can't do anything about it. My suggestion - AMWELL.COM. I paid another $55 for this service, met with the doctor, and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy in a few minutes. They were incredible!

Listen to the negative reviews because they're true. Want a service that charges you money for doing absolutely nothing? Want doctors that refuse to listen, give incorrect diagnoses, and are quick to refer you to outside care so they don't have to take on your case? Want unhelpful, petty customer service? Congrats, you came to the right service.

I was charged for a 1time visit before I was placed with a doctor. After asking me several questions about my sinus infection, the doctor advised me to see my doctor in person, asked if I wanted a doctors note for work because he couldn't help. Lol! I have been scammed out of $75. I called customer service with no luck of a refund. Stay clear of this scam!!

I am absolutely disgusted by my treatment. What was an obvious clear case of a UTI I turned to K Health as I didn’t have transportation to get to the doctor. Even though my symptoms fit UTI perfectly, they refused to prescribe me antibiotics unless I went to a testing clinic to get my urine tested. Completely eliminating the purpose of going to a Teladoc. I spent $73 for this “consultation” and waited HOURS to be “chatted with”. I was then REFUSED any sort of refund. DO NOT USE K HEALTH

Beware of K Health's deceptive practices! I chose their service because they implied they'd prescribe Paxlovid for COVID-19, especially important as I had tested positive and am in a high-risk category. After I paid, they revealed they don't prescribe Paxlovid at all. This is a classic bait-and-switch, totally unacceptable and unethical. I was left feeling cheated and outraged. Don't fall for their misleading marketing - confirm everything before you pay a dime!

I was under the impression it would be a live video call with a doctor. It was not just questions asked on a chat. Also very expensive to be told I had to go to urgent care or the ER to be seen in person. Also, I got charged at 9:30am ET for this visit which I did not get until after 1pm ET the same day which lasted 5 mins. The chat doesn’t even have a button to go back to to ask for an update.
