The process was very user friendly and…
The process was very user friendly and the doctor was very helpful and was able to get me the medicine I needed immediatly to treat an ongoing infection on a Sunday. I am doing much better.

K Health has met my needs!
I travel for my job. I am in my hometown a few days a month. I typically get home late Friday night and leave early Monday morning. This schedule makes it hard to see a doctor for refills on my medications. KHealth has been a game changer for prescription refills and management of my high blood pressure.

Easy and user friendly process
It was good because it was an easy and friendly process. The doctor came online very timely—actually early. I was able to easily pick up my prescription with no issues the next day and I really needed the medicine as I was having a migraine headache and was out of my medication.

Great after hours treatment options for minor issues
It was after hours and the doctor was quick to log into the text message appointment. He was able to confirm what I thought was going on and call in a Rx so I could get my treatment started the next day.

Overall great experience
The doctor I was connected with was kind, efficient, and was able to offer me much needed treatment to help with my illness! Everything was completed in a very timely manner - from when I first logged in to when everything was complete!

K Health is so extremely helpful
K Health is so extremely helpful. Every time I've had an issue, they respond promptly and kindly. They've helped with my mental health exceptionally well, and the doctors have always been super polite and friendly to me. They hear me out and give me the time to discuss my issues. I love that the format is through texting - I tend to get quite anxious about medical stuff, and texting actually allows me to take more control of my health because I'm more likely to seek a doctor's advice. So grateful for this company, and I hope to use them for a long time!
