Absolute rip off they'll charge you 55-60$ just to tell you that they cannot help you and you need to go in person to see a doctor. For something simple as an obvious dental infection.

I signed up with the promise to get an online doctor. Once I put my credit card info in they were quick to charge. I paid $200 in monthly fees only to find out they don't deliver to Hawaii. PLEASE DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY CHARGE BUT DONT DELIVER ON SERVICES!

AWFUL! I paid ~ and waited 8 hours NEVER WAS EVEN SEEN! And NO REFUND! TERRIBLE TIMES 100!!

BUYER BEWARE D.O. Whiteside or Whitehead whomever spoke to be this morning lied about a federal law requiring lab work in order to treat my condition. He lied and did not provide ANY medical help. The whole thing is a scam. Totally false claims of medical “help” now. FRAUDULENT marketing!!!!!! I have been successfully treated by K Health on 3 prior occasions. I guess the shortage of health care providers has hit this place. A D.O. Whiteside or Whitehead or quack does not possess the acumen to treat the most basic and obvious conditions. I paid $73 to be told I couldn’t be helped in spite of records of my previous treatment for the exact same issue. Don’t waste your time or money. Complete rip off.

Why take someone's money when you can not help them? I had ear pain and just needed some drops and an Antibiotic described my symptoms. The doctor I got said they could not prescribe anything they had to see my ear. However, I went to another provider online and got charged less money and the doctor had compassion and advised me they would give me drops and an antibiotic and if not better in 7 days follow up with my regular doctor. My question is why even charge me when you are not going to do anything to help? You should be ashamed of ripping off people sure I am not the only one.

Waste of money and a scam! Practitioners giving blatantly mistaken diagnosis, ignoring patient concerns and being generally unresponsive. Use literally any other telehealth service - and don't ignore the negative reviews on this site!

I've gotten quick and to-the-point help from other services like Sesame before, but I thought I'd try K-Health just because it was through my insurance provider. I told the clinician my situation regarding previous UTIs and the treatment that worked (my primary care doctor is gone on maternity). They told me they would not prescribe antibiotics without urine samples. Unfortunately a simple urine sample does not work in detecting the bacterial strain I usually get, but the clinician didn't really seem to listen to my needs. But when I had a sinus infection just a couple months ago, they quickly prescribed me antibiotics, so that's kind of confusing. I'm sure K-Health works for some, but it's not for me. Tried to get a refund, but couldn't get one. Back to my old provider I guess.

I am still waiting for the answer from your support team. It has been 7 days and I have not received any response
