Worst company ever. The physicians are rude and treat you like you don't even know your own body. Tried to get a refund for services that weren't even rendered and was told they would not be giving me any refunds. Do not go with these ppl. It was a very horrible experience.

Terrible company and will not refund my money. They charged me $147 after I tried to cancel and are refusing to refund my money even though I canceled. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Company is a scam they talk to you and don't prescribe anything for your symptoms and tell you to go to the ER when it's not even that serious. And they steal your money for nothing. They took forever to respond too.

This company stole my money. They said that I signed up for a 3 month plan, which I didn't. I selected the one-time option on their app, but got charged $147.00 for a service that I did not want, nor need. I contacted them by email and explained my situation. I received an email reply that reads like a generic that basically says, "sorry but we will not be providing you a refund based on the plan you selected". I explained over and over again that I did not make a selection for any 3-month plan. They have refused to reimburse my money. I have since deleted my CC on file and removed that sorry app from my phone. This is the worse Customer Service that I have ever encountered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a scam they charged me $73 an did nothing but told me to be seen, i had to use another app (recommend wisp) which was cheaper and gave me what i needed for treatment. They literally charge you and take your money for nothing DO NOT USE THEM

Absolutely absurd. The worst “care.” They don’t listen, they dont prescribe simple antibiotics even if you have a positive strep test and your entire household is sick. I was told I didn’t meet the criteria. Biggest waste of money and time. Not to mention, their entire automated system takes forever to get through. Zero stars if possible

What a scam this company is! Gave them $55 to get a doctor who didn’t listen and made up a bunch of bs why she couldn’t do anything to treat me. Total waste of time and money.

Terrible. The telehealth service provided fell short of expectations, as it failed to address my needs adequately. The essence of telehealth lies in its convenience, yet the service charged a premium without delivering on this promise. Their suggested approach, involving a mail-in test kit, proved to be less efficient than visiting a local clinic, rendering the convenience factor moot. Additionally, the interaction with the doctor lacked depth, consisting solely of instructions to send in a sample without any accompanying education or discussion. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and seeking a refund, the response from the service provider was dismissive, declining to reimburse me for what amounted to a brief three-minute consultation wherein the doctor himself acknowledged the lack of service. As a result, I intend to escalate this matter by disputing the charge and lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
