Charged twice and then charged 147$ after being told my membership was cancelled. They won’t refund me and gave me the run around with their doctors so in total Im out of 200$ for absolutely nothing. AND I still haven’t been treated so yeah I hate this platform.

I came to K health seeking treatment for a UTI. Started one antibiotic that didn’t give me relief after three full days of taking it. So, I went back to the chat to say that the med wasn’t working. I spoke with a doctor who advised me to go submit urine to LabCorp and that once I showed the receipt I had done that, I would be prescribed a new antibiotic while they wait a few days for the urine culture to come back. When I went back to the chat to upload my receipt, I had a different doctor who flat out refused to give me a new antibiotic despite the fact that I met the conditions of what I was supposed to do. Needless to say, I called my regular doctor and got an appointment for today. All in all, a waste of time and money I don’t have. There needs to be some level of consistency among the doctors.

During my initial visit, the doctor promised to send my needed lab orders to a different place (than where she initially ordered them) if needed once I could verify what was available to me in my area. However, this was never done and the process of trying was a headache. I contacted the doctor through the KHealth chat first but did not receive a response, so I contacted the customer service phone number. The customer service representative had a baby crying in the background. I waited 50 minutes for the representative to complete my request (which I later found out she did not do.) My request was that my lab orders be sent to the hospital near me (instead of through Quest). When I arrived for my bloodwork to be done the hospital confirmed I had the fax number correct, but they did not receive my labwork orders. The K health app kept deleting my comments on the chat and eventually deleted my chat altogether and replaced it with a new primary care visit that I did not want. Many glitches need to be worked out and thier customer service needs to complete the tasks they commit to. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund and start my health goals all over again somewhere else. Unfortunately, K Health did not prove to me that it was a step in the right direction by use of technology advances, instead it took up my valuable time and funds without providing me proper service in exchange.

Don't waste your time or money. I just paid 55 dollars for nothing. They straight up told me to take ibprophen and if I think I have an ear infection to go to a local Dr because they can diagnose that through the Telehealth visit. It doesn't tell you that before hand. It makes it out like you can do a Telehealth appointment for an ear infection and be prescribed medication and they even ask you which pharmacy you use. I had to contact the billing afterwards because why on earth would someone pay 55 dollars to be told to take ibprophen??? Are you serious!!! If I would have known that, wouldn't of paid money for nothing and I would've justbwent to a local dr to begain with. Then billing tells me somebody will have to review my case and see if I should really get a refund and that will take 2 weeks. Is this even a real company?? This is crazy!

This place is a scam. They charge you $50 for even singing up even though the card entry screen tells you you will not be charged. I'm currently on hold with the help line as they give me the run around on a refund request even though I cancelled immediately, and never even used the app/service.

I have used this service for a least 3 years now. Today I had a session with Dr. Derric Whiteside. He did listen stop responding and gave me over the counter medication for 73 dollars. No I have been on hold for 30min trying to talk to customer service support.

Horrible I come to an online session due to no appointment fast enough for in person at my gyno and I was told to go to urgent care for uti symptoms
