Contacted k health paid my 73.00 and got a very lame Dr. Would not prescribe z-pack for respiratory infection. In which I am a rrt and know what I need. Wasted money never again Dr did not listen to patient was, stubborn and not good. I want a refund this is theft. And terrible customer service.

Contacted K Health for a gum infection. Talked to a doctor and she prescribed me some antibiotics and said she had sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacy and they said they hadn’t received anything. Three or 4 hours later I finally got ahold of someone and they basically said oops. They then put me in contact with another person who told me to go to emergency room. By this time it was 6pm. I could have and should have had a dose of antibiotics in me by that point. I ended up going in to a walk in clinic the next morning and they got me some antibiotics like the doctor told me she had sent to the pharmacy the previous day. I’m not sure what kind of fishy stuff was going on, but I can only assume it was an easy way to get $49.95 out of me. Being on a fixed income that kind of puts a hit on me for the month. It might have been different if the first doctor had told me she couldn’t help me, but I was told the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Not pleased with the whole situation.

NEGATIVE STARS: I filled out their mental health questionnaire and they told me I’m “too depressed” for online mental health treatment and they just told me to call 911 or call the suicide hotline. If it isn’t for the people who need the most help, who is it for then? And then they told me I’d have to wait SIX MONTHS to do it again. I’ve seen plenty of people say they asked for refunds and got ignored so honestly I’m glad it happened because I didn’t waste my money. It’s clearly a scam. Stay far far away from this company. They’re preying on the most vulnerable and it’s disgusting.

Entered my birthdate wrong on lab order (lab tech says this happens often with them), did not respond to customer service inquiries (multiple), did not send me lab results, wanted me to schedule another paid-visit to discuss the results I never received. This is a scam.

That provider was rude and dismissive.

Doctors are not on the same page. Very disappointed in K Health. Second doctor was rude and condescending. He clearly stated the first doctor gave me incorrect instructions. I did the testing the doctor told me to do. Then came the switch up. I am unhappy about the lack of consistency and poor communication received from the second doctor. After my test comes back, I will never use this service or recommend them to anyone else. I’m also going to inform my insurance company about the poor treatment I received.

DO NOT use this service. I tested negative for covid twice. I used a home test, but it is of the same quality that they use in Urgent care. I also suffer from sinusitis and every so often I need antibiotics. I know my symptoms. Unfortunately, I paid the fee and a doctor NEVER met with me on facetime. Instead, someone just spoke to me via a chat and directed me to see a general doctor because based on my symptoms they believe I could have covid. I demanded a refund because I was never even seen by a doctor. They refused. I filed a claim with my Bank and they said they were sent an invoice with my signature (it was not my signature). As I stated earlier, I only ever spoke to someone via a chat feature. I never signed any sort of invoice. You simply pay for the service and then youre directed to a chat. Not only do they not provide the service youre paying for (facetiming an ACTUAL doctor) they also commit legitimate fraud by forging an invoice.
