They only treat for the same issue 1 time. The whole primary care thing is bull. If you only will treat once for the same issue, what are you here for? The doctor disconnected my chat when I explained I needed antibiotics. The government should investigate them for malpractice at the VERY least. The 1st time I used them, I had services rendered, but the services didn't help me fully. I go back to them exactly 1 month later for follow-up assistance, and was charged for absolutely NO CARE WHATSOEVER. LIKE I SAID, HE DISCONNECTED THE CHAT. I'll be filing necessary complaints with whatever governing agencies needed, and contacting whoever else needs to be contacted. They need to be shut down. Telehealth can be a comprehensive solution, but this place doesn't offer that, nor do they seem to be staffed with competent, educated doctors. I'm shocked that they haven't been sued, or named in a suit, but I'll be searching to see if that's in the works to join in. They're truly predatory.

Would not recommend this particular platform we could sit on a message with him forever they will still charge you and then tell you you need to go see if physician they done that twice and it’s cost me a lot of money

HORRIBLE! Complete waste of time! They denied me a prescription for antidepressants that I have taken and been prescribed before. The doctor said "I was TOO Depressed." Deny the wrong depressed person and you will end up with a suicide/lawsuit on your hands! It's hard enough asking for that kind of help or finding time or being able to afford medication with no insurance. Talk about another kick to the nuts! Insult on Injury! Still needing help through some hard times and still have no medication! Shame on you!

This is a verifiable customer. I spent $19 consulting my teeth ached yesterday and end up without anything, no doctor to talk to, on one can help to solve the problem. I just wasted my time answering AI questions back and force without any result or problem-solving. I do not recommend anyone use this rib off and fraud website.
