I’m 86 yrs. old KHealth prescribed 10mg prednisone for my knee till I get to VA in May. It helped very much. THEN I knock 1/2 bottle off bathroom counter in toilet. Devastated. My daughter took pictures. I had subscription. I tell them I only need 16 tablets, wait 2 hours to get someone and I’m told they can’t treat anyone over 85!!! But they did. Now I’m left high and dry and in pain. Horrible experience. They don’t know what they’re doing obviously!

I wished I had read the reviews. I have a bad sinus infection and it hurts so bad. This woman told me to use a over the counter spray which you can only use for three days and it doesn’t help the pain. The pain is unbearable because it has infected my wisdom teeth. These are not doctors she said they couldn’t prescribe antibiotics.. I asked the pharmacist at Walmart about the spray she said to use a antibiotic for the Bacteria. Gosh my mouth is hurting. I wish I could have given no review..

Scam! I learned the hard way you get what you pay for, at 19$ for a consultant I should have known better! I promise you are better off using Wed MD or if you need a prescription or even a work excuse use a different app like Doctor on Demand,it costs more but they are legitimate.

I have text book UTI, spent an hour filling out needed info and answering dozens of questions then waited additional time for clinician to talk to me. After all that they say it could be kidney stones. I know people who had kidney stones. It's feels like razors or barbs coming out. I discribed burning. They told me to see a doctor and did nothing for $19.00 except waste of time. I suppose a cold is covid and a sneeze is cancer.

Paid for my subscription, answered all that AI questions, sent photos of my prescription for the needed refill, sent a photo of myself and my driver's license....4 days ago. Ive not been contacted by any physician and have not been prescribed medication. I sent an email directly to khealth support this morning and was told that "while our service is available, support staff is currently limited, so responses may be delayed. In the meantime, please see our FAQs." Interesting, the FAQs state that you will be contacted within 24 hours. I was able to contact my regular doctor today and have gotten the prescription I needed. I asked for a refund in my email to support and they did not address this at all. This is a scam. Don't do it.

I am writing this review in hopes that I may help someone who goes to K-Health for medical assistance and warn them that they most likely will not receive the care they need. I chatted with a Dr. described about my symptoms and said I have a history of bacterial sinus infections. The Dr. said it wasn’t a sinus in infection and sent a link on how to use saline solution. I said this is inadequate to treat my condition since it requires antibiotics. I said I was unhappy with the diagnosis and wanted a second option. The second Dr. said she read my case and basically said that she didn’t have anything to say other then the first Dr. must be right and sent me a link about KHealth policies. Knowing my condition was serious I went to an in person clinic, who said I had a very serious sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics. Don’t waste your time or money with this app, it could lead to further health issues and misdiagnosed illnesses.

I believe this is a scam. I have made 5 futile attempts to connect to a clinician. K Health does not have a customer service department and does not reply to emails. Don't be surprised to see multiple charges to your cc account.

FRAUD!!!! I waited over three hours for a “ dr” to connect with me. Then when I would answer their questions there would be a 5 minute period before their next question. I had a fever of 103.4 and I explained I get a sinus infection every year during pollen season and my doctor always prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up quickly. Their dr stated that they did not see a basis for antibiotics and “sometimes things get worse before they get better”. If a fever of 103.4 gets worse it can be life threatening. The doctor was not compassionate in any way. They said it was just allergies and be sure to use Flonase and drink lots of water, which I explained I had been doing for four days and it was getting much worse. Simple seasonal allergies NOT RESULT IN A FEVER OF 103.4. I am not a doctor but I know well enough that with that high of a fever there IS BACTERIA PRESENT which does require antibiotics. I will never use this fraudulent scamming site ever again. I requested a refund and was denied stating that I paid for consult and that is what I got. All they told me was to do exactly what I had been doing already and I was worsening quickly. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE BEWARE !!!!!!
