Keytours VacationsReviews of keytours.com

i loved dealing with my Rep!

This is my first experience with Keytours. I had some reservations (unfounded as they were) on Keytours. After I chatted with and further coordinated my upcoming trip with Sandy Campol, I was sold on Keytours. I will be taking more trips with this agency. Sandy was incredibly helpful and was proactive in offering alternatives that will make my trip more enjoyable. In addition to being very professional, Sandy is wonderful person. I will post my review on the trip after I return.

It was a nearly perfect trip. The only hiccup occurred when we arrived at our hotel and were greeted by the desk clerk, who surprised us with the news we'd been booked into a room with twin beds for the week. The hotel was fully booked, but when he saw my utter dismay, the clerk said he thought he could move another guest and give us a room more suited for a married couple. Crisis averted. The rest of our holiday went smoothly, and we agreed that it was a good value!

I just booked an amazing trip to Greece with Sandy Campol. I emailed her so many times asking a thousand questions and she was right on top of things answering every question I had. When I spoke to her on the phone she was such a delight. She made booking this trip so easy!! I will definitely be using Keytours again for my next trip Because of Sandy! Roseann

Kudos to Sandy! I'm going on the 3 Imperial Cities tour next month. Sandy C, my travel advisor, couldn't be more helpful in getting the details organized quickly and spending time to answer my questions. She even answered an email on her day off when I sent one on a Saturday and she responded just an hour later. (I didn't expect to hear from her until Monday - I was wrong.) She has been friendly and professional from the start. After I return from the trip, I will post about the hotels that have been selected for me on the tour. I'm hoping they will be as nice and convenient as my interactions have been with Sandy.

I am a travel agent and used Key Tours for the first time for a very complicated Egypt, Israel, Jordan, itinerary. I was so lucky to have Sandy Campol as my sales consultant. She went over and above to provide a trip that was seamless, detailed, and affordable. She was very communicative with me and I definitely had a lot of questions. I have been in the business for over 30 years and I know that help like Sandy provided is not the norm. You have a keeper there!! My clients were extremely happy with the trip arrangements and especially the guides. Thank you for excellent product & service.

Sandy at Key Tours was so pleasant to work with. I am a travel agent, and she made my client's dreams come true. My clients had a lot of components - airfare, train, hotels, transfers, cruise, and tours - and everything worked like clockwork, no hiccups. Every time I would contact Sandy with a question, or an idea, she was always so prompt with her replies. I will definitely be contacting Key Tours for my clients in the future, without hesitation. I am considering taking a family trip, and will be contacting Sandy myself for my own travel. Kudos to Sandy and Key Tours!

Very organized. Nothing the customer needs to think about. Hotels are all good, nothing special, but you barely spend any time in your hotel. The hotels were fairly close to all monuments. included tours were nice. this was my second Keytours vacation and i would use them again and again.
